Syrian rebels have driven the government forces from Hama. Russians sailed their ships from Tartus, their only viable Med base. Can't take those to the Black Sea since it is shut to them.

SAA forces reportedly abandoning Homs. Melting away every place they come in contact with the rebels. Absent much greater Russian support and manpower from Hezbollah (both of which are not coming) looks like only a matter of time until the regime falls.

Yes. It is likely that there are no real "good guys" in the Syrian civil war. Assad is a monster, and some of the rebel groups are not so savory terrorist groups or affiliated with them, and everyday people are caught in the middle to suffer.
