Friction between military and civilian leadership in countries that are not dictatorships while at war are not remotely new developments, it's pretty standard.

Whereas if if somebody in the military in Russia complains or displeases Putin they fall out of a 5th story window, have an airplane "accident", or end up with the Polonium appetizer.

Is this normal?

It’s getting spicy in Kiev.

I find your glee at Ukrainian setbacks deeply unsettling.
For a long time I’ve thought he was just some idiot tankie who was too ignorant of how the world works to know better but his slavih repetition of Russian propaganda and his total refusal to give even the mildest criticism of Russia has made me think twice.

He’s either a deeply sad individual who can’t think for himself or something else is going on.

Is this what ‘spreading democracy’ looks like?

Unbelievable. It’s been one train wreck after another the past few days.

Why does Russia keep losing warships to a country with no Navy?

It’s getting really embarrassing for Russians who are tired of watching their country fail over and over and over.

More news from Kherson.

Quote from an AFU Marine officer about the situation on the left bank of Kherson: The AFU is less interested in real estate than it is in destroying the enemies logistics and ability to fight

"Our FPV drones work very well. The Russians can no longer deliver BC (ammunition), evacuate people, etc. I saw with my own eyes one destruction of a car on the way back and one as they flew into the apartment. At the moment, Russia has lost all the tanks that were (in my sector) at a distance out to 25 km. FPV drones destroy any vehicle."

Russian sources claim that Ukrainians have bought across amphibious heavy gear to Krynky area on the left bank.
Russians at the Kherson front in horror, watching helplessly as Ukrainian Army is now pouring across the river with heavy equipment.

I was thinking that lonely guy is in desperate need of attention any way he can get it but the way he's been laying down the shticky shtick seems to lend to the idea that he is a very poorly trained boilerplate pencil neck wanna-be psyop superstar hampered with obsessive-compulsive tendencies.

Another report from Kherson;

the UKR forces have a drone blocker on the river now and the russians are saying they cant use FPV drones to block the ukr forces.

This report also seems to say that the Ukrainians are using ferries to haul their heavy gear over. So no fixed targets for Russian artillery or standoff glide bombs to zero in on and maybe its not just amphibious heavy gear that has come across.

As long as the ferries can be protected, supplies to the left bank should remain steady.

Supposedly the "damaged" Askold in the Kerch shipyard. If this is it then it took what looks like 2-3 direct hits on this side including all the important bits (CIC, radars, etc). Total loss.

Not a great look for the Russians that they're losing brand new naval vessels before they can even officially join their fleet. I mean none of this has looked good but the whole "we kept losing ships at sea so we docked them. Then we kept losing the ships we docked" is a bit embarrassing

I am sure he wears a track suit and too much cologne in a failing effort to cover up the sticky scent of cabbage farts.

People here called me crazy when I said that our board isn't so small as to avoid the propaganda troll farms. He's after quotes, the more you quote him the better off he is.

I personally doubt that being quoted in a post pointing out how he’s a dishonest idiot makes him better off but if that’s the case I guess he has defeated me with his 13 dimensional posting chess and I bow to his genius.
