Acting "impartial" to Ukraine is a handout to Putin, regardless of whatever tough talk he's directing to Moscow. That is only the tip of it though it is the most relevant to this thread. The one that concerns me is putting a total stop on all health departments from releasing updated notices - that includes fda, cdc, nih, .... that means no new warnings on drugs, recalls on contaminated foods, virus, .... nothing.
