I guess I am "new" but I have been lurking since a little after "Jake" was here. He told me about it. There is more about this whole situation, but that is personal information between me and Jake.

What do you have all the right to call me Jake for? Or even say that I am the same person? Because Jake once said he was Jenni? Well then I feel sorry for anyone at this forum who's name is Jenni/Jennifer/Jenny or Jacob/Jake. It sucks that my NAME has been associated with being someone else, but its MY NAME. All you saw was the name "Jenni" and you all jumped on me saying I'm really Jake and all kinds of crud.

Kabelogo, you say you have the right to trash on Jake.. Well perhaps you do, but IM NOT JAKE. God how many times do you need to hear it?
You want proof? How does one prove anything on the internet. I lose my identity and must prove myself to everyone because some asshole said his name was Jenni?

Im also sure if you ask anyone that is a regular in the chat room (#neochat on undernet) they will vouch for me and say I act NOTHING like "jake".

This entire thing is stupid, and this thread shouldn't have been created, it solved nothing.

Jenni: You keep talking about peoples "rights" about things, they have the right to freedom of speech, if you don't like what they're saying, that's tough for you.

I'm not making any accusations towards you - I remember seeing a user under the name of 'Jenni' in #neochat. But you shouldn't have bothered to create this, I think you knew it would get you nowhere - all it got you was a big argument in which nothing was solved.

Why don't we all just stop now, since it isn't going anywhere. Who Jenni really is, doesn't even matter. Who am I? I could be anybody.. I could be an imposter, I could be someone who hacked marc/mlah/rsi and is screwing around on his account, couldn't I? But who cares. If she is who she says, good for her. If she's actually Jake, even in that case, who cares?

Mods, could you get us the ip of Shocking Blue and Jenni so we can compare them? Then we can put an end to this whole thing. I propose we do just that and if our comments were misaimed and out of line, then we'll appologize. If you and SB are the same, then you're a slime and get what you deserve. How's that? :Q
 
Well compuwiz1, sounds like tracing an ip might be a waste of time. Some know how to "spoof" an ip and it looks like one here knows how.
 
If this "Jenni" knows Jake, and that Jake used the "Jenni" handle in the past; why wouldn't this new Jenni persona come up with another handle to prevent what she is disturbed about?
It seems like she knows what she is getting into, and is deliberately causing a stir by the confusion.
 
Jake stop lying about being this "jenny" person. I talked to you on the phone last week and you told me about this ridiculous scheme. Maybe one day you will forgive yourself for having a peepee.

Enough is really enough. Some of us actually do talk to Jenni. In fact 5 of us from this board just were....and without further ado....Jenni is Jenni. Whether you personally like it or not, and barring an abundance of confusion and misguided posts....just leave her alone. Yes, she shouldn't have posted this, but after 89 replies, its a little hard to unpost unless a mod sees fit to delete this thread.

So everyone do the forum a favor and stop asking questions, and stop making comments about a person you know nothing about. Like I said....Jenni should not have posted this, because she knew it would bring out the dogs, but she did, so oh well. Maybe we can all watch as she doesn't try to defend her identity again.

I do believe you've been talking with "Jenni." Now you're starting to sound like "her," giving orders to the rest of us (except that you omitted the ALL CAPS FOR EMPHASIS.)

This thread, like many similar Paulson-bashing threads, originated in the ostentatiously self-righteous hissy-fit of one individual. That the thread has drawn so many replies is probably immensely satisfying to that individual. For some folks, there are few things sadder than walking down a crowded street wearing a "kick me" sign and not getting kicked.
