I’m sure it’ll be some lesser charge that the judge will give him probation for the penalty. I doubt he’ll see any time.

If indeed Rittenhouse skates, I can see riots occurring from that decision. I can also see plans being laid for that to happen. I can also see who would benefit from such violence. It all reads like a recurring script being played out.

Did anyone else see the low grade prosecutor (Binger) point a rifle at the jury ? It's hand in glove with the rest of his performance in this trial.

Now i hear it wasn't pointed at the jury, but no mention where it was pointed.
Why post this nonsense? Do you really think that the judge would allow a loaded gun to be pointed at the Jury. Or do you think a loaded gun was put into evidence? Use your mind man. There was actually a process which involved the Bailiff showing that the gun was empty before handing it to anyone. There are millions of things to get upset at, why invent and propagate nonsense?

Because he’s easily triggered and he thinks he knows how to trigger others.

How many of you saw the retard prosecutor (Binger) in the Kyle Rittenhouse case point the rifle at the jurors with his finger on the trigger without personally checking it first? If the rifle had fired and killed a juror, would he have been guilty of a crime?

The rifle is secure. It has two black cable ties running through the ejection port. One is between the bolt and the chamber to keep the bolt from fully closing and releasing the firing pin in case there was a live round in the chamber. The other goes through the bolt to prevent it from being cycled. I would expect this to be SOP for firearms as evidence in a courtroom. You can see it better in black and white and you blow up the pic.

Because looters, arsonists and various scum like to riot.
So do violent right-wing psychopaths who like to use riots and crime as a convenient excuse to get away with murder.
Seems like you really want America to become like Brazil or El Salvador.
BTW, as I recall, your beloved God-emperor tweeted that everyone who didn't vote for him was "scum." So much for your professed love of free speech.

There is that.
Given that he was there on the scene and actively participating, on what basis should we assume that Rittenhouse was not one of those rioters, looters, or arsonists?

Am I the only one not seeing shit in the ejection port? In fact, that bolt is closed. It needs to be opened to run a rope through there to secure it. See the rifle bolt handle? It's fully engaged.

Also, I'm still a little concerned his finger was on the trigger. It should be impulsive to have it pointing forward rather than inside the guard.

Haha. Looks like your knowledge of guns is more "low grade" then that prosecutor

What are you concerned about? That he will pull the trigger and a non-existent bullet will fly out and kill someone? There is a lack of critical thinking and suspension of reality about this that is very disturbing. The gun was checked into evidence. It is inspected and tagged and made inoperable. There is no magazine. Then before it is handed to anyone, the bailiff again checks there is no bullet in the chamber. He does this very visibly. So no bullet in the chamber and no magazine. Where is a bullet supposed to come from?

Why would there be riots?

Because of right wing nutbags like this:

Far-Right Boogaloo Admits Shooting Up Cop Station Amid Floyd Protests

A member of the far-right Boogaloo Boys had admitted he traveled from Texas to Minneapolis in the wake of George Floyd’s death and purported to be a Black Lives Matter supporter while wreaking havoc on the city. https://www.thedailybeast.com/texas-boogaloo-fired-ak-at-minneapolis-police-precinct-feds-say, 24, pleaded guilty Thursday to a single count of rioting. He admitted to firing 13 rounds from an AK-47-style rifle into the 3rd Precinct police station as rioters set the building alight in May 2020. He was then filmed yelling “Justice for Floyd!”

I'm not sure why you guys refuse to acknowledge these acts that both start and fuel riots.

This wasn't an isolated incident. ANYONE can pretend to be BLM/ANTIFA.

Remember how the right lights to claim that any violence at right wing “rallies” was caused by antifa? They do it because that’s what they do at blm and other left wing protests.

Righties always tell you what they are doing by complaining about what they think you are doing.

I stand corrected. There is no cable tie going through the middle of the bolt. It still appears that there is a black cable tie between the bolt and the chamber. I guess I need to download the pic to my iPad and pinch-to-zoom.

I'm guess that this prosecutor doesn't know much about guns and is emulating what he has seen in the movies.

Because he's another right winger that hates law enforcement.

I'm glad the bailiff did, as that's the only circumstance that I would trust that I *knew* there was no round in the chamber. We literally just had a circumstance where a firearm that was definitely no-kidding for realsies clear of rounds fire a fucking bullet and hit two people, or did we all forget that so quickly? It still should have had a bolt cable or a trigger lock on it. Didn't we all learn growing up that every firearm is loaded?

Most likely, which is idiotic, irresponsible, and probably a few more adjectives I'm too disturbed/pissed off to think of right now.

Tucker was hilarious last night. He starts off saying people are being fed mis-information about the trial and goes into claiming three lies as facts himself.
