Strange how you and other lefties in here want to lynch Rittenhouse and you're just pissed you can't get a hand on the rope.
Name one person who called for that. I just want him convicted for murder.

I'll leave the lynching to you white boys. You all seem to like it when it comes to hunting down black people.

And to cap it off the racist defense lawyer got an almost all white jury and wanted to ban only the black pastors.

Reckless endangerment; intentional homicide; utter disregard for human life.
Criminally selfless conduct; great bodily harm.

My prediction - guilty of 2nd degree intentional/reckless homicide.
1. caused the death of another human being.
2. intent to kill.
3. did not believe that amount of force used was necessary to prevent imminent death or bodily harm to himself.

Naw.... the kid will get off Scott free.
The question is, will he have learned a lesson? Any lesson? And, have any remorse for the cold blooded murder of two people. And, on the next BLM rally, to simply stay at home and take out his super hero role playing on Xbox.

36 pages of jury instructions! That is craziest part of trial I've seen so far

Hoping the jury actually gets copies of it, no way they'll remember all of that.

My “fucked up logic” is what the law dictates and not what you might wish it to be. KR wasn’t committing armed robbery, or any other violence until Rosenbaum threatened him, chased him, and attempted to disarm him. Rosenbaum unfortunately chose to introduce violence into the situation.

So any bets on how many Boogaloo Boy types are there ready to instigate the violence and try and blame it on "blm/antifa/tooth fairies" again?

Violence? A single BLM riot out of dozens featured more violence, arson and destruction.

Ok Brandon.

:: Its funny how this right wing prop piece transitioned from Antifa to BLM over the months, conflating the two until finally going full transformation into : Its the blacks.. The blacks are burning down shit again.

An armed insurrection threatening to kill and kidnap public officials and planting pipe bombs is just a hair above throwing a trash can through a store window and setting a dumpster fire. BTW the same activity you found at Huntington Beach after a surfing tournament.

Not really. Think about it: rioters in BLM protests were reacting to police killing unarmed Black people and centuries of general oppression. Their actions were unacceptable, but at least understandable. And they weren't even the majority of the protesters.

The Capitol invaders? All of them were breaking the law and either knew or should have known their actions were illegal. Their attack was based on a lie and, effectively, an attempt to steal an election. And the most committed of them fully intended to capture and possibly kill politicians. The anti-police-violence riots mostly damaged shops; the Capitol incursion threatened democracy itself.

You are really missing the point. The kind of violence that occurred at BLM protests is the kind of random violence that can occur when you get huge crowds and some look to cause trouble unrelated to the original event, such as

sports championship celebrations
concerts
various protests
sporting events

What happened Jan 6 was orchestrated and planned. White nationalists showed up to the capital with guns and bombs. BLM did not promote a violent protest. No way can all these can be lumped into the same category. Example, there were people shot at a BLM protest in Dallas. Turned out to be a mentally disturbed ex-military member. The storming of the capital was not an unintended random act of violence by a crowd of people.

The facts are the facts. Even this NPR report.

Some places claim 50 lives and 2 Billion dollars in damages. You don't like facts, but they still tell the story.
