No, Rosenbaum was the aggressor when earlier in the night he made threats to kill KR and other people....... they are on record.
There was a drone video showing Rosenbaum's and KRs actions. Where in the recording does it show Rosenbaum attacking KR?

A "potential active shooter" ? So you think it's a good idea to try to disarm every armed person whether they are legal or not ? How does that go over with the police officers you try to disarm as "potential active shooters"
Once KR killed Rosenbaum anyone around him was justified if they wanted to perform a citizens arrest.

Wasn't the whole reason for guns in schools to be able to deal with active shooters? But now you're telling us we shouldn't even try to disarm them?
You need to read a bit more carefully, i quoted "potential active shooter" key word "potential"
Reading is hard for you, i'm here to help.

By taj’s logic, the people running in the Capital building shouting ‘Hang Mike Pence’ should’ve been shot on sight.

Unless your name is George Floyd or Philando Castile or Tamir Rice, or dozens of others, and then it's comply or be extrajuducially executed on the spot.
Didn't the man that killed George Floyd get convicted of murder? Yes, yes he did. Nice try though.

That's a straw man argument.

If you have logical reasons to believe someone is an active shooter and you think you can disarm them, it's a good idea. You don't wait until that shotgun-toting person in your office blasts the secretary before you take them down. And a teen in civilian clothes with a rifle isn't exactly going to invite trust, especially when word is spreading that he's dangerous.
"potential" sound out the letters p..o...t....e...n...t...i...a...l ., you got it. Potential

And you were so sad about that.

So many things had to line up perfectly just for the justice system to do the obvious.

For example and be honest with everyone if it were not for the recordings Chauvin would have walked. Because the were too many witnesses of color who would have not be believed. That's how it works in this country. The recordings should not have been needed to convict that murderer.

According to testimony when he grabbed the muzzle of the rifle. You keep harping on a single video instead of all the testimony in the trial. Use all the evidence, not just what your biased eye sees.

If it was a legal self defense shooting, no, especially when you can hear people screaming for his death in some background footage. As long as he is at risk, he can defend himself.............. which he did.

There was no definitive proof that Rosenbaum hand actually contacted the muzzle of Kyle's gun, only that is was in immediate proximity of it shown by the stippling, etc..

In this country we are all innocent until proven guilty. Therefore to be found not guilty is to be .......innocent.
False.

A lot of people who really did commit what they were accused of were found 'not guilty'. OJ is just one. All a verdict means is the jury believed one counsel (paid liar) more than the other.

Even if he did (which seems to be in dispute), if someone is pointing a weapon at you, aren't you going to try to stop them? You know, defend yourself?

It depends on the circumstances. Since i don't threaten and try to intimidate kids, don't set arson fires and don't have a criminal police record, my experience would differ from the late Rosenbaum.

A recording of the ACTUAL incident carries more weight then eye witnesses. If Rosenbaum grabbed the gun muzzle the video would have shown it.

BTW - Since you are so willing to solely take the word of eye-witnesses should I go pull your posts of people chanting hands up don't shoot during the death of Michael Brown?

"Wisconsin governor Tony Evers has called up the National Guard ahead of an impending verdict in the trial of Kyle Rittenhouse.

About 500 guardsmen will be deployed to a staging area outside the city of Kenosha to assist local law-enforcement officers if needed. Closing arguments in Rittenhouse’s trial are scheduled for Monday, after which the jury will begin deliberations. It is unclear when a verdict will be reached.

“We continue to be in close contact with our partners at the local level to ensure the state provides support and resources to help keep the Kenosha community and greater area safe,” Evers said in a statement Friday. “The Kenosha community has been strong, resilient, and has come together through incredibly difficult times these past two years, and that healing is still ongoing.”

Rioters burned Kenosha businesses to the ground in August 2020, after a police officer shot and paralyzed a suspect while responding to a domestic call. Evers called on potential demonstrators not to go to Kenosha following the verdict in the Rittenhouse trial."

I'm sure it will be a "mostly peaceful" riot if Kyle Rittenhouse is found not guilty of murder.

No, taj's logic is the opposite: that his 'conservative' identity should be able to do whatever they want, from storming the Capitol to shooting in crowds, you name it, no matter how illegal, unethical, or immoral, and get away with it. While everyone else needs to comply or die.
"Freedom and rights for me, but not for thee," is the entirety of his belief system.

Maybe Kyle can go out and ‘protect’ the car lot again.

Maybe we can get some Proud Boys to riot, that way people like you and Sen Ron Johnson will be ok with it. Because we know you people are fine with white pride types rioting so they can overturn elections and kill politicians.

After all the #1 domestic terrorism threat should be welcomed, I guess.

I'll bet the BLM/Antifa will be the rioters, regardless of the outcome of the trial. We will see won't we?

You might want to check Coffin v US. Apparently the Supreme Court ruled in 1895 that there is a presumption of innocence.

As for OJ, maybe a quote from a letter Ben Franklin sent to Benjamin Vaughan on 3/14/1785 “that generous Maxim, that ’tis much more Prudence to acquit two Persons, tho’ actually guilty, than to pass Sentence of Condemnation on one that is virtuous and innocent."

You can also look up Blackstone's ratio.
