What a dumb fuck—reposting a meme you’ve already used in another thread in which you got your nose rubbed in your own diaper full of shit because you misrepresented what the actual fuck was really said…and then you do it again here.

Do you like having your nose rubbed in your own shit like an untrained puppy? Sure seems so.

Just seems to be appropriate to post this in any thread about Trumpies not being vaccinated...

Time reporter asks Fucker whether he's been vaccinated. He responds with faux outrage, claiming she's asking him a personal question, refuses to answer, then asks reporter about her recent sexual activities, apparently to illustrate the inappropriateness of asking personal questions.

Come on Fucker. We all know you yourself were vaccinated long ago, long before you became the Anti-Vaxxer-in-Chief of conservative media.

As I recall the story, you also paid through the nose because the fellow, in your words, "had you over a barrel".
Political purity is a poor standard to use when hiring a tradesmen.
It was about all I had to go on, other than the overwhelmingly and totally positive Yelp reviews for the company I did hire. Besides, the guy who recommended the Fox watcher, a just retired experienced plumber, couldn't fix the problem, at least wasn't able to accomplish what the other guy did. If I'd hired the Fox New watcher it could have cost me much more. The quote I got from a competitive company was more than I paid. I don't expect political purity but Fox New watching doesn't evidence the absence of political purity so much as indicate solid evidence of stupidity.

all the vaccines are still only approved for emegancy use. i know multiple people who are waiting for the vaccines to get final approval and not just emergency use. their reasoning is that as time goes on, side effects of the vaccines are becoming known. they weigh the side effects vs death rate from the virus. i wouldnt call them anti-vaxers, i would classify them as anti-unapproved for regular use vaxers, of vaccines that we are still finding out side-effects of.

am i vaccinated? thats a personal medical question. do you have an STD? do you have hepatitis C? Do you do anal? many countries require it for travel, i like to travel and do travel internationally. I believe in HIPA. I will never ask anyone if they are vaccinated against anything (except if they step on a nail i will ask them when their last tetnus was).
Nobody is asking the big question here... which countries require anal for travel? Asking for a friend.

Also, can I have it broken down by pitching/catching? Asking for a different friend.

You have no fucking clue what HIPAA actually means.

And now we're going to gut the Governor's emergency powers.

To be fair, he said he believes in HIPA, which I assuming stands for "How I Prefer Anal", which he seems oddly focused on. Now, I'm not saying guys that prefer anal have tiny dicks, but I've never encountered one that bragged about anal that didn't also complain about women supposedly enlarging their vaginas too much by using "toys" (which just reveals they both don't understand how vaginas actually work, and that they have tiny dicks).

And people wonder why I "doompost" in every thread...because here we are, where every aspect of day-to-day life is hyper-politicized where half the country will refuse a vaccine just to spite the sitting President and/or because their guy didn't win.

You should read some of the comments on YouTube regarding ANYTHING vaccine related, it's all down-voted to hell with crazy calls to war and bloodshed.

They quite literally want to use CRT and the vaccine as clarion calls to war against their fellow countrymen. This is where we are in the year 2021, where half of the country wants to kill the other half over those two stupid things.

First, do you know why the vaccines haven't moved to general use authorization yet? It isn't because they're dangerous or they're trying to determine if they're safe...they have already proven that. It's simply a time requirement from the FDA...there has to be at least 1-2 years of post-vaccine data on effectiveness to gain full authorization. That's all that's lacking. The vaccines are known to be very effective, it's just a time line thing. Nothing else.

Second, you understand NOTHING about HIPAA. (If you're going to misrepresent what HIPAA is about, at least spell it correctly, dumbass.)

What is HIPAA?

HIPAA applies to health plans (including those provided by an employer, if enough people are subscribers); most health care providers (including doctors, hospitals, psychologists, chiropractors, nursing homes, pharmacies, and dentists); and health care clearinghouses. Contractors, subcontractors, lawyers retained by covered entities, companies which destroy medical records, and computer specialists who work for covered entities are all themselves required to follow HIPAA because the law expressly applies to them.

As HHS also points out, certain organizations DO NOT have to follow privacy and security rules contained within HIPAA: life insurance companies, employers, workers’ compensation carriers, schools, state agencies, police agencies, and local municipal governments are not bound by HIPAA’s privacy rules. As HHS notes, employers can ask you for your information under HIPAA, but if they ask the doctor for the information directly, the doctor can’t give it out. Doctors are covered entities; employers are not. Your employer’s ability to dig into your health information and health care records is more thoroughly covered by equal employment laws and not by HIPAA.

No one is banned, barred, or bound by HIPAA from inquiring about anyone’s health status or their vaccination status. It’s up to the individual to whom the question is posed to decide whether or not to answer. HIPAA does not ban journalists from asking about health information. Indeed, if it did, then the law would almost surely have been met with a vigorous First Amendment challenge.

Many, like you, claimed that under HIPAA, “we don’t have to reveal our medical records, and that involves our vaccine records.”

That is also incorrect.

People have to reveal medical information all the time. HIPAA does not grant each American medical patient a universal shield against the passing of medical data.

Employers have a legal right question whether job candidates are fit for service. Schools can ask bus drivers whether they can see properly with or without corrective lenses. Airlines can ask pilots whether they have a history of seizures. Railroad engineers can be required to take drug tests. Warehouses can ask applicants if they can lift boxes of a certain weight. Firefighters and police officers are required to prove physical fitness. Medical examinations are often attached to such employment. HIPAA does not ban the asking of such questions or the gleaning of such data.

Compulsory legal processes also require patients to pass over information or allow covered entities, such as doctors, to share it. Plaintiffs in personal injury actions have to turn over medical data because they have voluntarily made their injuries the subjects of legal disputes. Workers’ compensation claimants must submit information if they want their health care expenses paid by the system. Doctors are required to report suspected child abuse to the authorities. Local health authorities can obtain reports about individuals who carry communicable diseases in order to protect the public at large. Hospitals can release information about unidentified patients to the press in hopes of finding next of kin.

Hope this helps, but I'm pretty sure you won't read a damned bit of this because.....you know better and reasons......

Why use facts when you can use your feelings instead?

Weak.

And yet again, you are posting something that applies to you magnitudes more than anyone else on the forum. Your post history proves this, clown.

If you want to call your twitter cherrypicking "facts," you probably should back them up with something more credible than a post from another n0b0dy. Try it. Your credibility can only go up really.
