Rand Paul gets assaulted by his neighbor

Kinda like the way so many leftists are cheering the attack on Senator Paul ?
Hmmm. "Sane" ones? Got a link on that? What a horrible thing to say. Are you cheering this made up cheering? Did "leftists" cheer when Scalise was shot by an obviously loony leftist? I rather think that they think (as I do) that any political violence works against the cause.

Why didn't you use the entire quote? Because it would make you look like an idiot?

The level of Paul's injuries wasn't relevant to what I wanted to say, but from now on I'll try to remember that you like to be fully quoted, and I'll highlight the part relevant to my response.

Does my lack of including all of your quote mean something specific to you? That I only pick the truths that support my argument? I love being proved wrong, I get to learn. Please prove me wrong.

If what I said about political violence (of any kind from all sides) hurting their respective causes is true, why do they do it? To get technical about it, people are loony! Driving a car into a crowd? Shooting a senator? Attacking one (if that's what this is)? The shooting is addressable though. The left seems to look for solutions, the right seems to say there's nothing to be done, there's no solution possible. With cars and random attacks I agree, but not with guns.

It sounds like Boucher had simmering arguments with his neighbors. Imagine talking politics with anyone you disagree with in your daily life, much less your neighbors; it gets heated (see P&N), and is very personal. It sounds like wisdom was far from Boucher's mind. Attack a senator (for whatever reason)? I wonder if he thought he could get away with it.

Stop deflecting you little fascista. Where are your links to all those leftists cheering Paul's attack?
Guilt by association is a favorite tool of extremists. In the etremists' thought process, one of "you" committed this crime, therefore all of "you" are complicit.
I've occasionally disagreed with Mr. Paul on some issues, but I've always agreed with his devotion to liberty for all, and I condemn this cowardly attack on him.

At least you have the balls to step up and condemn it instead of wiggle waffling and fiddle farting around about how it may have been justified or "every one hates that guy".

Scrolled through the 1st page and not seeing any cheering li'l fascista. Most of what I saw referred to the Montana GOP asshole who attacked a reporter. You find 'em and link 'em bunky as I have better things to do with my time like watching my cat shed fur. Make sure they have lots of cheering though.

They're probably on the same website that has the secret Trump videos of Mooslims cheering after the 9-11 attacks...but only Trump knows where they are...but they're good. Very good.

I have and I think whatever translation machine Putin is giving you guys is broken. I cannot find one comment that you are describing.

What, tajbot linked to something to back up its claims and the linked source didn’t?

This is because the bot developer forgot the evaluateevidence function. It happens on a regular basis and is just another indicator how crappy the bot developer is.

I'll try to remember to never turn my back towards liberals like you.

That was kinda funny although he did sort of set himself up for it.

In general, alpha males are assholes. Both of these men are alpha males.... Type A personalities... I would blame this on that more than anything. The doctor is of course the bigger asshole for physically assaulting the senator.

So mowing your lawn with headphones on is setting up yourself for an attack?

That still seems too even-handed and close to victim-blaming. The actual violence appears to have been all on one-side.

All the same, I don't accept that there's anything victim-blaming about being curious why neither party seems to want the events to get much attention. It's not blaming Rand to just be naturally curious as to what on Earth this was about. It's not excusing the violence, it's just plain being nosy.
