Racial breakdown by color of major US cities

Saw this on the news. I think these numbers may be using census 2000 figures. In any case, the major cities are in here. pretty glaring in more cases than not.

Oh, white is pink blacks are blue, asians are yellow I think and hispanic orange (or vice versa), grey are other.

I was surprised at how distinct some of the lines are. One article pointed to 8 mile in Detroit and it's like there is a damn wall or something up, whites on one side, blacks on the other. Very little blending.

Yeah, that's what struck me.

They are very interesting though, I'd love to see some for other countries as well.

To match his map, Red is White, Blue is Black, Green is Asian, Orange is Hispanic, Gray is Other, and each dot is 25 people. Data from Census 2000.
