Do you live in a cave somewhere? Have you seen some of the 13 year olds out there? He didn't say she was 4. Girls seem to be developing earlier and earlier these days, and they certainly aren't dressing more conservatively.

A girl I knew I thought she 'may' have been 14/15 or 16 at best. Turns out she is 18! Crazy stuff.

when my wife was working in the school (was a 7th grade teacher) i was amazed at how old the girls looked.

not to mention my wifes little sister (just turned 13) LOOKS 17. she is a D cup and is taller then me (though I'm only 5'6" heh) she is a beautiful young lady. We took her shopping (which is why i know her bra size. i bought her a bunch of clothes that day) and stopped off at the local community college (i take some classes for fun now. took a sci-fi writing class) and she was getting hit on by the guys there. almost got in 2 fights over it heh.

I feel for kids today. they are growing up way to fast.
