A little of both. IIRC, she posted the pictures to some chat group or something like that. But, then, how do you charge someone with posting nudie pics of themselves, even if they're underage? No victim, no crime.

Why is sex the loss of innocence anyway, are all women like deer in the headlights when you pass?

Chicks today are pretty sexually aggressive. They have learned sex is fun and you don't have to be in love or a relationship to enjoy it.

To the main topic...any sex act portraying minors is illegal whether or not the person in the tape is legally of age now. If a third party were to distribute it, then the 'actor/actress' wouldn't be accountable, but if they distributed themselves (even if they were ok during the making of it...it is a crime).

Howver, I think a lot of the laws concerning those 15-16 and older are ironic considering how parents are bringing up their kids.

I dated a lot later in life, and even in 21+ clubs/bars you run into the 16+? girl passing for easily over 18. You can't really tell them to whip out their license, but if you ask the right questions you can get an idea how old they really are.

When I was 18ish I was a hip thrust from nailing a girl that just turned 13, that both my friend (19ish) and his g/f (16) said was 16. She mentioned 'when I get old enough to drive, I want a car like this....' it sucked after that. She was great looking, but still the age thing.

There was a case in the news (Local or National? Can't remember) about that same thing. The person was charged, I don't remember the outcome. I think they go for plea-bargains and soft sentences (probation, 1k hours community service, etc) in cases like that. But you will most certainly get charged if her parents find out....

Drinking had nothing to do with it. Meet many girls in your time? Age is not so easy to tell.

She was 13, but at least B cupped and developed. Make up goes a long way in adding and taking away age in women.

18 is the age one becomes an adult and legally responsible for their actions, you can't reasonably heap the responsibility of adulthood on some one while denying them any of its rights or priveledges. If that is what a woman wants to do, that is her choice. The beer thing is not a good example, because logically that should also be 18.

Now if you want to argue whether 18 is an age some one should be legally an adult or not, thats a different matter entirely. 😛
