As well you should...I've built up a tolerance to the arsenic flavoring...it's kill a lesser man. ;)

Not necessarily...Was the cookie supplied by a representative of the company?

If "yes," then MAYBE work comp.

If "no," then maybe it could be chalked up to horseplay, and not only does the OP NOT get work comp, he could get reprimanded...or fired.

nice comparison. When I pull up to a parking valet and hand him my keys I have no idea who he is either, it doesn't mean I should go around handing my keys to every guy standing on the sidewalk in an ugly jacket. you don't eat the cookie from a stranger not because it might have germs, but because you don't know who the frak that guy is or why he's giving you a cookie. You might have a vague idea why the waiter is bringing you that steak you ordered.
