SS - single sided, DS - dual sided, not sure what the socket support means.

What is the exact model number for your Corsair kit?

this
That’s nearly the same set I’m running in my z690 setup. (and also ran in my Z390 rig as well)

FWIW neither my set or yours are on the ASUS memory QVL for that board.

If everything else is set to factory stock settings, you shouldn't have errors in OCCT.
I think you should stop trying to manually overclock...let the ASUS software find a compatible clock.
i dont get this thing. if i choose xmp1 its ok but if i choose manual mode but keep settings only of xmp1 why it doeas not post or gives bsod? everything else is on auto

Can i just go with any ram 4133mhz or 4400mhz with samsung die . But not listed as qvl for board will it rrally have issues? If not in qvl

This likely has to do with XMP also changing other settings that you are not aware of.
i mean in xmp only and nothing changed i have slight issues only like browser crashing sometimes only. but if i change to manual and set ram to 3600mhz and timing same as with xmp1 then it wont post or gives bsod later. i set cpu sa and io to 1.35v dram volt to 1.5v still had issues. what other setting would u suggest
