You could boot from a Linux live CD/USB, browse for the web a bit with it and see whether you get any disconnections?

Did you get a new board or are you still using the one that looks like the cpu power connector partially incinerated?
New motherboard asus rog strix z490f . Linux? I use windows 10

This board is piece of sh it dont know how many errors it threw after overclock i guess i will live with 2133mhz ram thats it WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERRORcetc etc irql less or equal many blue screens lol

I'm beginning to think you'd be much better off to buy a pre-built PC. this stuff seems way out of your league.

i reverted bios to default. should i reinstall windows? does it corrupt audio video driver ?
I would only reinstall Windows if I knew there was a problem with Windows specifically. When you've got iffy hardware, attempting to reinstall Windows could result in a computer that won't boot Windows until the underlying problem is fixed.

There is no underlying issue at ALL it is all because of overclocking settings. Now biso at default now every test like occt cinebench etc passed every test. Shouldvi now proceed to reinstall windows

That jumper changes the CPU voltage. I don't think that's a good idea. You don't seem to be the type of user that is ready to change this setting.
THen why itvis giving many bsod errors i do nothing much i change setting in ai tweaker mode to manual then dram to 3600mhz and dram voltage 1.35 cpu sa and io to 1.35 and nothing else. With only these settings it is giving bsods

There's lots of reasons you could be getting bsods. If you have to increase the CPU voltage to set XMP on the RAM something else is going on.

Perhaps the RAM you have is not compatible with your motherboard at XMP settings.
