Are you upset because they stood up for what was right, or because they're scooping up former Republican voters by the thousands?

Inquiring minds want to know!

He's just engaging in scurrilous characterization to justify irrational belief in the Big Lie.

Probably. I don't think it's an impeachable offense though. I think the Biden thing definitely deserves an investigation.

Well Bill Barr just saw to it that any investigation of any candidate for President between now and the election (including the incumbent) needs to be personally approved by him. The entire DOJ/FBI apparatus is now removed from opening any investigations into Trump OR Biden...unless Barr puts himself in the hot seat.

After the shitshow of the impeachment in the House, and after the Democrats behavior in the state of the union address
Your not so thinly veiled attemptto blame Democrats for the "shitshow" And them say well I guess Republicans played a small part.

Not as clever as you think you are.

So you would be cool if Obama held up aid to Israel until the Mossad got him a copy of Trump's pee tape?

So you would be cool if a future President held up aid to a state unless that Governor announces an investigation on a political opponent from that state?

U cool with that precedent?
If this was aid to Ethiopia then yes I'd be upset. Ukraine can wait a little while for their tank money.

Obama did ram a bad healthcare bill down our throats. Healthcare costs increased by 100% plus and lots of places quit offering healthcare altogether. I'd say that was much worse than Trump inquiring about a Biden collecting millions from Ukraine.

Um....I didn't say the GOP didn't play a part in that shit show. Glad you make stuff up to form opinions though.

What was the shit show? Seems like the impeachment hearings were well run and conclusively established the case for why the president should be removed from office.

I mean we both agree the GOP acted like children but I don't know why you would try and impugn the good actors we had in Congress. Were you referring to something specific? If so, what?

What does a health care bill passed in accordance with the Constitution have to do with Trump abusing his office to rig his own re-election?

Again, focus on the election rigging. Why is that not impeachable? If Obama ordered the FBI to dig up dirt on Trump to keep him from winning in 2016 would that have been impeachable? If so, what's the difference?

I can't help the fact that politicians are capable of committing crimes and no one will prosecute them. Also the media is left wing so anything putting a bad light on Biden is off limits. Sounds like some shit straight out of Russia. If you let stuff like that slide don't be surprised when it slides off the other side as well.

Right, so no citations then? Just you stating your thoughts as facts, then claiming a conspiracy when there's no proof?

Your brain is full of worms. I have just as much evidence for that as you do for any definition of corruption.

Okay so clearly you think there is evidence incriminating Biden that the media won't report. Can you link to it?

He doesn't think it, he knows it, and the worst thing about knowing something is that you cannot be convinced otherwise, regardless as to whether or not there's evidence for what you know, or even evidence to the contrary.

I don't think either is impeachable tbh. It's a tough world. Sometimes to get to the bottom of things you have to bend the rules a little bit. If some terrorist gets to breathe water for a little while, or Ukraine doesn't get tank money, then so be it. If there is blatant corruption and bribery going on at the highest levels let's get to the bottom of it.

Great to know where you stand on torture.

If there is blatant corruption and bribery going on at the highest levels let's get to the bottom of it.
Then I suppose you supported having witnesses in on Trump's senate trial, right?

Also, still waiting on that citation of corruption with someone who's last name begins with B and ends with iden.

Do people really not remember how health care costs were increasing pre-ACA? It certainly didn't stop their increase, but their constantly increasing certainly didn't *start* with ACA either.

What exactly makes Hunter Biden's supposed corruption so much worse than the tons of other corruption out there?

Neither the media nor Biden are particularly left-wing.

Do you think Obama should've been removed, or even just impeached, for what he said to Medvedev?

One would think suborning US security concerns, and that of key allies, to re-election aims would raise some eyebrows among those who say Trump should've been removed.

So in other words you do not think the president rigging his own re-election is impeachable.

Holy shit.

I assume you're referring to the conversation I'm reading about regarding missile defense, and I assume misc other concerns? Based on reading, Obama told Medvedev (and subsequently passed on to Putin since he was coming back into power at that point) to give him space until post-election to talk about/work through defense concerns, more de-escalations, etc.

In what way does that appear to be impeachable to you? I'm genuinely curious how you're finding this comparable to Trump actually engaging with Ukraine to find dirt on his political ally?

Wait, you're trying to equate Obama saying he has to take domestic politics into account with Trump trying to get foreign powers to dig up dirt on his domestic political enemies? This has to be a joke but I feel like it's not, which genuinely scares me.

Presidents take domestic politics into account when making decisions all the time! What they don't do is commit crimes to get foreign powers to illegally intervene in our elections! Are you people fucking crazy?

He's just doing whataboutism & bothsides, poorly, at that. Obama obviously did not solicit Medvedev's help to win an election.

That's obvious, I'm just curious what his actual reasoning is behind it being impeachable. If only for grotesque curiosity.
