The whole point was to scare the crap out of her, and laugh like crazy about it for months. I didnt realize it could be soo traumatizing to her, and now that I think about it, it might not be the best idea in the world. But we're a goofy couple. She hides behind the door when I come home and scares the crap outta me. Im terrifed if spiders and she'll get a fake spider and hide it near me. I guess this prank was over the top. But it was funny at think of at the time when my friend and I were discussing it.

uh, the whole prank could end up traumatizing YOU when you discover that your soon-to-be fiancee- rather than screaming in terror or running for help, instead stands off to the side laughing hysterically and further egging your assailant on.
so, change the prank and have it climax where instead of you getting stabbed, you turn the tables on the would-be 'robber' and beat the crap out of him, then rape him while holding his own knife to his throat. like really, rape him.
that should get you laid, seeing as how you did your virile duty by defending your woman; but if it doesn't, at least you got some ass.

If you want a good prank... put the toilet seat down, and wedge 2 ketchup packets from mcdonalds between the bowl and the little feet on the bottom of the seat ... when she sits down........

One, this was something my friend and I joked about. Believe me, when you've known a guy for over 10 years, you joke about all kinds of crazy stuff and your sense of humor isn't exactly the same as it would be with your coworker friend of a couple years.
Second, despite joking about it with him, theres no way I would ever do it. Why, because it's funny if you think about it, which I thought most of you might get a chuckle about, but nothing good could ever come out of this.
Third, this is not P&N, this is Off Topic. I'm on these forums every day from 9-5 and half of the stuff on here is BS to just shoot the breeze, so to expect anymore seriousness from this particular forum would not be wise.

i'm gonna try that.What you should do is reverse the prank on your friend. Have your girlfriend bring a taser or something and taser the hell outta him... "That" would bring the two of you even closer together. Those that prank together, stay together.
Im an intern at one of the largest non profit corporations in America, and I graduate from undergrad this winter. I think I'll be alright
