I was 26 and only drove about a mile and promised myself I would never do that again. To this day I have kept that promise.
You still 26?

Of course not, it is also touchie feelie motivated. When drunk driving accident deaths are compared to just about anything they are usually statistically insignificant. I was thinking about this today when I saw a sign that said "Dangererous road next 7 miles...there have been 22 drunken driving deaths since Jan 1, 1999". Now this is on a very heavily travelled road with three lanes each direction. If you took into account the number of cars driving that strecth of road daily for 7 years the 22 deaths (which I bet most were of the intoxicated driver) become statistically insignificant yet very significant to a few families.
Even MORE reason to stop the car.Originally posted by: Taggart
Once. I thought I was ok, but then got on the road and realized I wasn't. I guess I should have stopped, but I had a bunch of people in the car!
