I'm trying to get in the habit of working out in the (my) morning, although working out at night has been fine in the past.

4 times a week in the morning around an hour to an hour and 15 minutes a workout. I use to go 6 days a week and spend up to 2 hours a session but I was definately overtraing, enudred more injuries and had diminishing returns.

I eat healthy, drink a Protien Shake immediately after working out and have a lunch high in protien within an hour after working out.

Does that include a bottle of shampoo or conditioner?
Yeah word is out the only Protien you take in comes in small shots late at night behind the dumpster of a Gay Bar.

So I guess your magic ponytail allows you to violate ATs policy not disparaging gays?
I had no idea you were gay.

Oh yeah, Im gay. As the one who has consitently spoken against the excesses of the gay agenda and even given a month off for saying the f word.

Heres an idea - stop trolling me and have a nice day. :)
Uh...you started it, so how about you quit crying and take it like the big strong, straight, Christian man that you are?
No sh!t. Notice that he had nothing to say about working out in any of his posts?
Hey, some of us like to work out and some of us are just born to be the towel-boy at the gym. :p

Run at night. Just get some clothing made of that Illuminute stuff and you should be good to go.

3 times a week. I do cardio and weight training for 60-90 minutes. Can't do it every day because I strain and then can't lift as much. Been doing that since July and got great results!!!!

There's a trainer lady at the YMCA I go to that is 5'6 and weighs 250lbs easy. How can you tell people how to exercise when you obviously don't do it yourself??

Yes. 3-4 times a week I weight train. Then cardio for 1.5 hours a week (I really wanna increase this, I'm just finding it hard to find time)

I work out daily. On the weekdays I work out as soon as I get home from work. On the weekends, I work out in the morning.
