I haven't been going to the gym lately, but I do a lot of walking during the day & end up running and doing other physical activities at work.

I ask mainly because I live a sedentary life and I worry about my health...

Do those protein jugs really help?

if you work out, you should have a jug of protein. should take it twice a day and once on none workout days. But if u only choose to take it once a day, take it after your workout.

if you're trying to build muscle, protein is essential. The norm for building muscle seems to be 1g/lb of body weight. So if you weigh 150 lbs, you'd need to intake 150g of protein per day to build muscle. I weigh 180, so I usually get somewhere between 170-220 grams per day with the help of protein shakes mixed with milk.

Yes, I've been pretty religious about it. Since this past Feb. as a matter of fact.

I do my exercises in the morning so that I can benefit from the workout all day long (aerobically).

I try for 7 nights/week cardio, but I usually get in 5. Sometimes I have lots to study (like this night) and sometimes I am out and about (fridays and/or saturdays)

Yep, pretty much every day. Lately I've usually hit the weights in the late afternoon, but it varies depending on my mood and what my schedule is like that day. Up until two or three weeks ago, I'd been going biking once a day, too, but I haven't had time in the past few weeks. Probably won't have time for another three weeks either.
