I play hockey once a week at night.

So a 1 hour game, I probably actually get 20-30 minutes of exercise. depending on hte opponent though, I wouldn't rteally call it exercise as much as it would be called domination. But in close games, I'd take a game of hockey over running 10 miles any day.

I do cardio 6 days a week for 45 minutes in the morning (high intensity). I lift 4 days of the week, and take every sunday off.

I do my cardio always in the morning, for weights I do it in the afternoon (always at least 4 hours after my cardio.)

I lift four days a week, run three days a week.

My current schedule:

Mon: Chest and tris. Run 3 miles
Tue: Back and abs. Run 5 miles
Wed: Off
Thur: Shoulders and bis. Run 4 miles
Fri: Legs and abs. Run... are you kidding me?
Sat and Sun: My body gets to punish me.

I try to get to the gym by 9:00AM now. My new gym gets slammed by 11:30 AM.

i used to go pretty hardcore when i wrestled in high school. then i hurt my ankle right before the senior season began and never got serious about working out ever since... nowadays i rarely ever work out, maybe once a year  i need to get back to it, maybe after this semester is over :)

I do some form of exercise virtually every day.

On weekday mornings, I am always at the YMCA before work doing either 1 hour of weights (3 times a week with a personal trainer) or 1/2 hour on an elliptical trainer. After work I generally walk/run with my dog at least 2 miles, but usually 4 to 5.

I save weekends for walking/hiking/bike riding. Before too long (according to my planned workout schedule) I will be lifting weights on Saturday as well.

Tuesday - Shoulders - ABS
Wednesday - Back - Cardio x20 mins
Thursday - Arms - ABS
Friday - Legs - Cardio x20 mins
Saturday - Rest
Sunday - Rest

I hit the gym four or five days a week in the evenings after work or in the mornings on the weekend.
I try to run every other day.

I'm on the bike 5-6 days per week anywhere from 1-2 hours per day during the week and 3-5 hours per day on the weekends. A typical week for me is anywhere from 10-15 hours total depending on where I am in the racing season. This time of year I try to get in relatively high mileage at a slow-ish pace to build my endurance base for next season. I'm also doing a fair amount of core strengthening exercises (pilates and stability ball mostly) a few times per week for 30 min at a time.

You mean "work out" as in weights and stuff? I do that sporadically, maybe once a month or so. Usually late afternoon on weekends. I did it much more regularly during my latter high school / early college years (goddamn ~7 years back) and the results are still maintained today. As for more regular exercise I try to do jogging and/or swimming weekly in the mornings, but it's more biweekly in practice.

I usually can't get motivated in the morning to work out, and if I manage to get to the gym my performance is severely hindered. I usually go at night, an hour or so after I eat my dinner.

M-W-F 11:00AM-12:30PM or so Cardio and some weights. I love taking the time out of my workday to do this and my boss doesn't mind. It's good motivation to go since I get out of the office for a while.

4 times a week in the morning around an hour to an hour and 15 minutes a workout. I use to go 6 days a week and spend up to 2 hours a session but I was definately overtraing, enudred more injuries and had diminishing returns.

I eat healthy, drink a Protien Shake immediately after working out and have a lunch high in protien within an hour after working out.

Does that include a bottle of shampoo or conditioner?

too lazy to work out....plus I run around at my job 10 hours a day and barely sit down, so it seems to be enough for me
