I try and workout 3-4 times a week after work. I would workout in the mornings but I can't wake up early enough.

Right now my gym is almost empty in the morning but I bet right after the first of the year it will be crowded with a bunch of Resolutioners...at least for a month or two.

I run 6 times a week, usually 5-7 miles a day at 6-8 minutes a mile.

Lift weights Mon, Wed, Fri. Do back, chest, etc. on the same day because seperating it is useless and wastes. too much time. Of course my schedule can get messed up if there is a race on the weekend. I run in the morning or night, just depends on how I feel..but I always run :)
