That depends. I dont know many medications that cost $10,000 - $20,000, but I guess if its not a real cure but just a treatment it might cost that much over several years.
I'm guessing what you meant to ask was, would the formula for a cancer cure be worth more than a car. The answer to that would probably be yes. But if everyone knew the formula, the cost of a cancer cure wouldnt be much more than the cost of the materials needed to make it. With medicine its not like everyone can go out and make thier own batch, many people dont have access to the necessary machines and chemicals. However with software just about anyone can make thier own copy.
