I think we'd have about an equal number as we do now only genitaless... which I wouldn't really have a problem with as long as there was really damning evidence against them.
 
There is a problem in this country... People cant make a clear distinction between who is a pedophile and who is not. Plus there is too many stupid lawsuits and too much fear of pedophilia.

My grandfather, god bless his soul, was always very fond of kids, maybe a little too fond, but he was NOT a pedophile. He never had the desire to touch them in some wrong way or whatever. He just liked to play with them, talk to them etc. I hated the fact that he could never pass a kid on a street without smiling or saying hello, because I don't like little kids. Never did.

Anyway, back in Ukraine, parents would usually answer positively to my grandfather's actions, gladly talk to him, let him talk, joke or play with their kids, etc.
But here in the US parents were usually springing back, especially if he would reach out to their kid with a WTF look on their face. (come on, it's not like he wanted to grope em! It was just a friendly tap on a shoulder or a light touch on the hair)

Eventually someone explained to my grandfather that he can go to jail for loving kids and he restrained to just a smile or a friendly comment from that point on.

What I hate though, is that some people think that someone who sleeps with a 15/16/17 year old girl is a pedophile. People need to understand that there is not only white and black. There is gray too, and various shades of gray as well. This is bullshit. Some of these "underage" bitches have the legs, the body, and a reproductive system or a thoroughbred horse!!! It's no wonder that in Muslim countries, and in the old world, girls got married at 13 years of age. If a girl is physically and psychologically ready, then why the hell not?! If the girl feels ready, AND the parents approve, no one should stick their nose into such matters.

Oh, but she's just a child! She cant think for herself! Give me a frigging break. Again, if she is willing and so are the parents, it should be ok.
