That's what I've read, I've read that pedophilia is an attraction to pre-pubescant children, so given that then my answer to the OP would be no, most men cant be pedophiles. Some people argue that it's below age 18 as that is when you are technically a minor.

From a psychological stand point, I'm sure you are right, It's not an area of psychology that I've read into but what you've said makes reasonable sense.

Usually when I watch those is there are cops on the outside so you can either sit down and get arrested after a few questions or get tazed when you try to run.

The guys dont see the cops? Or do the cops show up after? If so how does the perv know they are out there? Does Chris tell them? Does he say "if you chat with me first they wont beat the shit out of you?" Wheres the cut footage from that conversation?

I have only seen these types of shows about twice and usually the cops are hiding until the person goes inside and he did inform them there are cops outside if he feels like running.
