My trail 50K PR is 7:11:xx. Of course, I've only done one race at that distance so....

Got a couple new ones from a 12 week cycle on the CFWF program:

Squat: 375 (40# PR)
Press: 175 (5# PR)
Bench: 265 (50# PR I guess, former was 215x5, this is first time testing 1RM in bench)
2K Row: 7:37.7 (second time attempting, I think I can get under 7:30 pretty easily maybe 7:20).

Wanted to test deadlift tonight but I tweaked my left SI joint a bit last week deadlifting 330x5. My form is still broken with deadlifts :(. Also cleaned and power cleaned 90kg but with shitty form (slow elbows, crashing the barbell, bad footwork etc). Jerked 90kg as well which was pretty easy. Going to do one more strength cycle then focus on weightlifting.

Holy balls that's a looooong jump. Nice job on the clean too.

(BTW, I totally forgot about this thread and when I read the title, I thought it was about peanut butter)

I'll post new PB's in here.

I should be able to clear 3M by the end of the year if not sooner.

It's good to have a place for people to post a PB without having to trawl invididual training logs.

i pulled 425 yesterday like it was butterrrr. Going to weigh myself in a little bit, but I should be around 163 still. I'll get a video on my next heavy deadlift day.

I also standing OHP'd 150x3 and 160x1 last thursday. considering my 1RM was about 90 in December.....hell yes. Going to attempt more than body weight on Thursday.

I got 33BW dips, but that ones not as fun as the other two.

Heh, my lats have gotten pretty huge since starting CF. People love to dismiss the kipping pull-up used in CF, not realizing that it still builds massive pulling strength (especially when you do over 100 of them in a workout) and ignoring the fact that CF also includes dead hang pull-ups, L pull-ups, muscle-ups, rope climbs, etc. I suspect I can do more than BW + 125 now, but the gym I'm at doesn't have a dip belt, so I can't check. A guy at my CF class the other day was doing pull-ups with one of the girls hanging on to him, maybe I'll try that next :)

Confused. If you don't have a dip belt then how are you adding on the weight. I was imagining you with a dip belt with 3x45lb plates hanging from it.

I moved across the country and changed gyms ~7 months ago. My old gym used to have a dip belt and I would hang plates form it exactly as you thought. My new gym doesn't have one, so weighted pull-ups require more awkward solutions, such as holding DB's, KB's or small girls.

The most impressive thing about that squat is for far down he goes. His ass practically hits the ground. I never go below thighs-parallel-to-floor.

put a dumbbell in between your legs, and curl your legs up to keep the dumbbell in place. my gym doesn't have a weight belt either, so that is how i do weighted dips and pullups.

I do that for lighter weights... but above 100lbs, it gets pretty uncomfortable.

I ate a pb+j sandwich yesterday.

I won't be having a pb-j sandwich for ages....low carbing and getting lean and all....

PS
95 for a new 3RM
100 for a new 2RM + 1 full Snatch as it was a failed PS, really happy. Pulling well with a dynamic start but I'll hammer more hamstring work

Regieski, guy I'm coaching, no previous experience apart from doing a few PL comps and had TERRIBLE flexibility, not able to do a OHS at all, but 4months down the line and A LOT OF STRETCHING he can do this:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8LrYpv_FZR0

Note he could back squat 160kg or so before, DL about 200kg so was pretty strong but had no mobility at all due to his laziness with stretching

C&J 135kg x 2reps : really happy, the 2nd Jerk is a lot heavier when it's racked across the shoulders, just feels so f0cking heavy the 2nd time around, but you got to dig deep and go for it, if you pu$$y out you will not get it,

Happy with 12 wide grip pull ups.

One thing I thought I'd point out to you on your 12 wide grip pull ups, is that you seem to be using your right side more towards the peak of the lift...like you are using your right side as it's probably a little stronger then lifting up with your left. I used to do the same thing, that's why I could notice it. It's pretty obvious on reps 8-12. I'm jealous of your coach/friend who's yelling at you! That'd be an awesome motivator but alas, I work out alone.
