Shens sounds about right.

Yep cause no one could be that stupid. Either that or he's not telling the whole story and he's doing illegal things as well, hence the no cop-calling.

Touche.

He's not calling the cops because if this has been going on for long enough, it could be thought that he condones this activity. If he called the cops, it would fvck him over.

I hope this is a joke post but just in case here is your solution. Go down to the police station, explain to them your situation and that you do not want your relatives to know that you are the one turning them in because of possible repercussions. They will gladly oblige you and heck maybe even give you a reward. After they are in jail get some other roomates.

If you don't do this you might not only loose your house but you and your girlfriend might get phelonies, and good luck getting a decent job after that. So do you want to screw your g-friend's life up too?

Someone's going to end up severely beaten, dead, or incarcerated if this situation is allowed to persist. You should kick them out at all costs, family or not. I would have the police come and seize them and their drugs. That will ensure that they're in jail and can do you no more harm.

Roommates are a dime a dozen, just make the rent cheap and watch them come running.

Yeah it's too bad. What about selling the house and just renting until things get under control?

when i moved in i recieved a grant for 10,000 dollars. It pays itself off after 5 years. Then last year i recieved another "home improvement" grant for 12,000. It too pays itself off over 5 years. Right now the grants are leans on my house for another 4 more years. Moving out right now would cost me 17,000 dollars, approximitly.

I would pay $17,000 to avoid being incarcerated. It's hard to give up that quantity of money though. You're really in a tough spot though. Good luck.

1/4 lb every two weeks is not much. they won't seize your house but the would arrest your nephew/sister/you, depending on who is going to get blamed with the weed. more than likely if you get busted, unless you can prove that the weed isn't yours, since it's your house you'll be the one to blame.

See if there is someone that needs a roommate, sell your house and move into an apartment or something like that, it's probably the easiest solution. Also, do your mother know what is going on? If she knew maybe she would consider helping you more to keep you out of that sort of a situation.

edit: in what way are you sick enough that it keeps you out of work. Happy's statement is starting to sound a bit more fitting..

I have severe Gastro paresis which means my stomach doesn't empty. Food sits in my stomach for days creating bacteria, and my stomach acid is going all over my throat causing sores with the bacteria that causes infections. High fevers for about 2 weeks out of the month, severe sinus infections the rest of the time. Not to mention malnourishment caused by the inability to digest (6'4" 150 Lbs.) The have me on a special diet and they are experimenting with a few different drugs. My doctor wants to try a feeding tube to just by pass my stomach all together. Bottom line Fevers, headaches, lack of energy, and really bad acid reflux (nexeum helps a little bit). Not many people have this so there aren?t many treatments other than dieting and experimental drugs that are used for other conditions.

EDIT* My mom knows whats going on, she says try and find a solution if she doesnt stop find a roomate.

This story gets more smelly as it progresses. Either its BS or you have a seriously f'ed up life. I haven't read much beyond the first first, but let me tell you, with respect to drugs, your rights as an individual are at their lowest when the law comes knocking. They can seize your assets, your house, even if an "inoccent owner", which you AREN'T. You can be hit up for conspiracy and as an accomplice. All for looking the other way. I'm not offering legal advice, but I think you should speak to a lawyer in your state VERY soon. Perhaps there are some legal precautions that you can actually take to evidence your supposed innocence.

slash their necks, sit them both naked in a bathtub filled with water, dump razor blades into the water, then call the cops. They are white trash scum, and deserve to go to jail.

I've seen landlords go to jail for allowing their houses to be used to sell drugs from even if they didn't live there.

It happens all the time. If you don't believe me, ask a cop anonymously.

There are cops here on this board. Ask some of them. Ask the resident lawyers too, for the hell of it. Most of these guys will chime in with general information if you ask nicely.
