you have displayed only your lack of education.

are you DVK McTrollface, btw?

He sounds like a butt-hurt Pakistani to me. I think he did say where he was from once but I am too lazy to look, so we'll go with the butt-hurt Pakistani angle.

EDIT: Apparently he lives in France and his family is from northern Africa. You know, all those great military powers?

You keep on running in cercles...
Of course that they were prepared to fight an armed opposition,
but the fact that they had no losses is due to the enemy
being disarmed, that was the point i was talking about.
Indeed, military personal is fully aware of the risks that
there can be unexpected facts on the ground whatever
the level of preparation.
What about if the home was booby trapped with explosives,
what would have been the plan B ?..
Well surely to procede to an air force bombing...

To negate it, one has to be either dishonnest intellectualy
or being subject to false pride or simply both...
lol you don't understand war. this is why you and those who think like you will lose. i don't need to break it down further because you still won't understand.

You have a short memory...
Remember the opertion to free the US ambassy personal
in Iran under Carter s presidency ?...

The US army men where morons then, i suppose, knowing
nothing of war as well , and not trained at all ??..

In any human action, to succeed, there s part of preparation
and chance get the other part, and this is what you are
denying, in essence...

Insightfull, indeed, of the US mentality that ,contrary to
the European one, holds humility as a drawback and
arrogance as a major quality...

I wonder , reading by there, if the US is not
the most racists infested country in earth..

KKK ideology has deep roots it seems..

Maybe you should learn to read. I didn't say they WEREN'T in France. I have a quote from you in another post that said they were FROM northern Africa. Changing your story?

I live in Europe/France and i m binational as my parents
originate from north Africa.

Oops!

Just exposing your racism and hatred of Pakistan
and any country that is muslim...

Racism? LOL! I guess this is the second time I need to pull out the crayons today. Here, let me connect the dots for you:

1. Pakistan gets owned by US raid.
2. You are in here talking smack.
3. I say "Gee, you are acting like you might be from Pakistan." (aka, the butt-hurt Pakistani remark)

That isn't racism you buffoon, that is called a joke.

Dictionary.com said:

WOW, your stupidity is amazing. Racism? LOL! I guess this is the second time I need to pull out the crayons today for our mentally-challenged friends. Here, let me connect the dots for you:

No worries. Trust me -- your English is way, way better than my French or Arabic (or whatever your native language might be). :) Sorry for the name calling.

Dont get me wrong, i dont condemn USA as a whole,
i said it numerous time, USA has intrinsic qualities
that are her own, but this will be discussed on another
thread if a relevant one is opened...

In the waiting, i m critisizing US foreign policy for
what seems to me as contrary to her claimed values..

As an insight, i remember a time when owing a US passport
was a guarantee to be well received in any muslim country.

Things are reversed currently, and US foreign policy
is the only culprit..

blah blah blah, Osama was not prepared for the war he was in. That is why he is dead and none of our guys are. YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND ANYTHING ABOUT WAR. Get it through your head. The past doesn't really fucking matter when I'm talking about YOU and Osama in the NOW.

Unlike you ,i dont hold war as a great human achievement.
So yes, you are right, i just dont want to understand how to be
a killer or boasting about murders...

End of discussion.

It saddens me to think hacks can not put their childish bs aside and come together over the joyous even that is bin laden being killed. I am no Obama fan but give the man credit sheesh, he has been tough on terror. Hell I just saw on drudge that drone strikes have just happened in Yemen for the first time in 10 years.

it wasn't murder. he was an enemy combatant, that shit doesn't just go away because he decided to hide somewhere and go to sleep. combat ends when one party is destroyed or both sides mutually agree to stop. neither of those have occurred. you're basically bitching about Osama being shit at war and trying to turn it around on the USA for being so good at it. We are prepared for war. If Osama wasn't, he shouldn't have got involved.

I saw that too. I was wondering if it was off intel they gathered from Osama's place, but the article I read didn't state. Do you happen to know?

Obama was a great hope, i must aknowledge it ,
but the outcome is that he s a murderer since
he decided to not put OBL on trial..

The reason is that a trial could have shed a definitive
light about the holdings and borderings of 9/11..
If ever it would have appeared that he wasnt involved
in these events, the outcome would have been politically
devastating for the USA...

Since Obama knows the truth , the decision to kill
the main suspect is logically perceived as destroying
any evidence that could endanger the US legitimacy
in this dubious war on terror...

Bin Laden himself accepted responsibility for 9/11.

I guess it's true that a lot of people in the Muslim world think OBL was innocent...

Another interesting article this time from the New Yorker on the legal basis for killing him rather than play TJ Hooker.

http://www.newyorker.com/online/blogs/newsdesk/2011/05/bin-laden-the-rules-of-engagement.html

Basically under laws of war he is classified as a 'status-based' target. It would have been lawful for US soldiers to shoot him at any time, except when he was wounded in such a way that he posed no possible danger at all or if he actively tried to surrender. Dropping your AK or being besieged doesn't count, walking into a USA station does.

Good examples from past wars in there too I tried to talk about in an earlier posting.
