Live rounds never do weird shit, perfectly safe to fire over highways.....

I just wonder how many times before the Marines have fired live rounds over the Interstate before this weekend? If they have, this might have happened before. If someone was driving along the Interstate and what has been pictured struck a car that person probably would have just assumed it was road debris and moved on with their lives and filed a insurance claim. The only reason anybody noticed was because of the heightened awareness and they where standing outside their vehicles.

A facade is the exterior face of a building, serving both aesthetic and protective functions, while the structure is the building's internal framework that provides support. A facade can be a decorative layer on top of a structural one, though some heavy facades like brick or stone can be both. The facade is the first impression, handling weather protection and visual design, while the structure supports the load of the entire building.

During long hours of boredom laying in his rack pcgeek11 secretly studied to be an architect with a deep undertaking of the structure of the White House east wing. He knew his day would come eventually!

And "the existing white house structure" could mean the entire white house, as a complete structure. Or merely the main structural members.

But I think you'd agree that performing this work while the government remains unfunded is a bad idea.

Of course trump does stiff his contractors, so this is par for the course

Edit: stuff --> stiff

No, I just know what a Facade is.

:D
Facts not in evidence. You googled a definition, not necessarily an accurate answer for what the original statement intended to say or what is happening in this project. Why were you so desperate to carry water for Trump?

A lot of effort to protect and hide the Epstein files.
pcgeek11: "Trump isn't in them, and he's not covering up for anybody either. I believe in a secret third thing that I will not elaborate on."

(To clarify for the feeble-minded, pcgeek11 did not actually say this, it is not a direct quote, but rather a summary presentation of his stance on the subject)

Well that is certainly a BS statement.

I did state what I believe as I don't KNOW if he is in them or not, I don't KNOW if he is covering for anyone or not.

I didn't say there was a secret third thing. I refuted the BS stated by HomerJS that there are only two possibilities. Anyone with a functioning brain would know better.

Maybe @Greenman can chime in as he an actual builder.

For people with a functioning brain, there are two reasonable possibilities for him to maintain his current position.
You don't believe he's in the files.
The other reasonable possibility is that he's covering up for other people.

I guess Great Leader just works in mysterious ways ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Not covering up for people, but has some other good reason to protect Epstein's clients.

If the state of the Oval Office (and increasingly west wing as a whole) is any indication this ballroom is going to be so incredibly tacky as to defy imagination.

It's the "peoples" house. Not his. Who the fuck is still building tacky “ballrooms?” This clown stuck in the past. Hopefully the next President is not going to think he’s a king in need of a royal fucking ballroom.

It doesn't belong to him. The idea that he is allowed to destroy a historical building that does not belong to him? Isn't he supposed to get approval from the National Capital Planning Commission? He probably doesn't plan to leave anyway, so lets turn it into a Mar a Lago. The king is building his new castle. A ballroom where he can host more pay to play events to enrich his family.

Reporter: My condolences on the loss of your friend Charlie Kirk. How are you holding up?

Trump: “I think very good. And by the way, right there you see all the trucks. They just started construction of the new ballroom for the White House, which is something they’ve been trying to get… for about 150 years, and it’s going to be a beauty.

You got it right. The facade is generally referring to exterior finish, usually the front of the building. It's usually not a structural element though it certainly can be. All the gingerbread seen on the front of old Victorian homes is the facade. The front porch is part of the facade and a structural element because it carries load and is part of the overall look of the building.

Btw, this is architecture 101.

Pcgeek is an architect as George Constanza is a marine biologist

So Colombia calls out the US for murdering its citizens in its sovereign waters, and the Trump response is to pout and call the Colombian president an illegal drug dealer. Such a mentally stable leader in the US...

View attachment 132253

Never forget that the first thing Trump did in 2025 was pardon the biggest drug trafficker in the world, Ross Ulbricht. Trump was once in business with a drug runner, Joseph Weichselbaum.

Trump: - "Petro is a low rated and very unpopular leader, with a fresh mouth towards America.”

A "fresh mouth?" lol! OK ... Church Lady:rolleyes:

Many dead boat people. No trials. No evidence. And no capital crimes. Not even if every accusation about every one of them was true - Per our laws. Trump murders Colombian citizens. The President of Colombia protested. Trump cancels aid. Then threatens death and destruction in Colombia if they don't do exactly as Trump wants. Another embarrassment to America and what it stands for.

Once you don’t hold anyone accountable for extra-judicial killings of people in an ill-defined and illegal “war on terror”, this is the next obvious step. The legal bullshit of a “Unitary Executive” is now empowering a senile, hate-filled megalomaniac to kill whomever he sees fit, anywhere. Whether it is drug dealers, immigrants, or US citizens. Congrats once again to Republican lawyers and their supporters. One more rip in the Constitution.
