Coca-cola hasn't actually said they're going to do anything. Pepsi has done their "throwback" line where they use sugar, it might be Coke will do the same.

Agree.

I know around here in South Carolina you can get Coke from Mexico with Cane Sugar from most grocery stores. Cost a little more than domestic Coke.

Ingredients Carbonated Water, Cane Sugar, Caramel Color, Phosphoric Acid, Natural Flavors, Caffeine.

4/12oz glass bottles for: $7.99
12 OZ BTL | $0.17 / OZ

Trump just says whatever whenever, cant take it at face value.
Trump probably picked up a toy telephone that they give him so he can pretend to do important business and stuff.

He was just griping the other day about the guy who nominated Jerome Powell, not remembering that it was his own action during the first presidency.

Something tells me he isn't all there, but we won't know for sure until Jake Tapper's 2029 tell-all book.

I'm sure the Sugar Can process has greatly improved since then. Granted we most likely don't produce enough currently, but That can be fixed...
Decrease is sugar production from cane and beets is correlated to corn subsidies and explosion for corn syrup and high fructose corn syrup production.

Old people have health issues? Who knew.
Yeah. That's a chronic health issue. On a guy that probably gets more health assessments than anyone else on the planet. And they keep saying that he's at the peak of health each time. And he made a massive issue that people should be prosecuted about covering up Bidens health issues.

That didn't just crop up yesterday.

Unfortunately it is not quickly fatal by itself but we can hope for a clot.
I mean I'm not going to take it as gospel that it's not something more serious. I absolutely don't trust anything they say about his health, mental or physical. They will absolutely minimise and lie about anything he has. The fact that they have admitted that he has a health issue of any kind is only because the physical symptoms are too obvious to deny.

Because of Corn subsidies in the US, Corn Syrup is dirt cheap. Interesting why Coca Cola or any other soft beverage manufacturer would increase their costs. The red state corn farmers that voted for Trump are already losing their shit about this and warning of lost jobs/layoffs

A 12 oz can of Coke has about 10 teaspoons of sugar, anyone that thinks that is OK is a bit dumb tbh. I havent had a soda product in over 10 years or so. My stomach and A1C loves me for it

Well that and massive pollution in the everglades.

I am pretty sure this administration doesn’t give a shit about pollution

Will not be surprised if someone floats the idea that while the people at alligator Alcatraz to be forced to work at a sugar cane farm…. It would be a piece of shit conservatives wet dream

Don't we already know that Trump has a vain condition? How else do you explain that fake tan and the comb-over?

He also has a thick-as-a-brick condition, a sex-pest condition, and a racist-condition.

Pettiness personified.

"Earlier this year, an adorable yellow Lab named Susan completed a CIA training program for “detection K9s.” She was a natural at sniffing out concealed explosives—think car bombs and suicide vests—and the agency was eager to put her to work protecting its personnel.

James Clapper, who had sponsored Susan through a nonprofit organization that helps place service dogs, was delighted. Clapper, 84, was one of the longest-serving and most experienced intelligence officers in U.S. history, and was the Director of National Intelligence in the Obama administration. There was a certain professional symmetry in his pup ending up at the CIA, a place he both knew intimately and deeply admired. It was also bittersweet: Clapper named Susan after his late wife, a former National Security Agency employee who had been at his side during his five-decade career. Susan, a great animal lover, had volunteered at a local shelter and “doted on the family dog, Augusta,” according to her 2023 obituary.

Clapper was looking forward to attending the dog’s graduation ceremony at a CIA training facility in Herndon, Virginia. But the day before the event, in late May, he received an email from the nonprofit dog-training group: Clapper’s name had been scratched from the guest list, per an executive order from the president of the United States."
