Sad to see people who buy every claim they hear from others too.Sad to see the media always present the police account as factual,
that the kid pulled the fake gun on the cop when told to put his I hand up
Your point?

Let's argue that it was real. That still doesn't explain why he need to be executed immediately!
Are you really okay telling cops not to risk their personal safety at all? If so, then you can expect a lot more of this. Personally though, I would prefer to hire courageous individuals that are willing to put the safety of society before their own, and pay them accordingly for doing so.
How is "driving to the scene of a reported gunman threatening passers-by" not risking "their personal safety at all?" I didn't hear of anyone anyone else rushing to the scene.![]()
How does pulling right up within 10 feet of a potential threat and jumping out before the car stops not risking "their personal safety at all?"

Some retard in the local gov has no idea what they are doing.
So is it normal to charge people for ambulances when shot by police? That's taking the fuck barrel to whole new depths.

So, a criminal who shoots [at] cops and gets shot in return shouldn't have the cost of emergency services he caused added to his charges?

Of course it's normal. That's like saying someone who rams a police cruiser isn't responsible for the damages when shot by the police.

So? You failed to word your question in a way that didn't have an an OBVIOUS answer, so I answered OBVIOUSLY.That was clearly not the standard being applied here. So, a criminal who shoots and cops and gets shot in return shouldn't have the cost of emergency services he caused added to his charges? So is it normal to charge people for ambulances when shot by police? What argument are you even talking about? He asked a question. I answered it. Nothing I said had anything to do with Tamir Rice so that it would be clear he was asking the wrong question. Why do you people (as in neocon teaparty yeehadists) love these strawman arguments so much?
...and, what? You're too smart to understand that I was not referring to Tamir Rice as a criminal in any way? Obvious question had obvious answer, genius.you are way to fucking stupid.
So? I answered HIS question.Umm, not only did he not shoot at officers but it was a 12 year old kid that got shot within 2 freaking seconds of the officer showing up and he didn't even have a firearm. Just a tad bit of difference.
Maybe some justice, but who is really paying the price?

They settled, maybe if they pushed the courts to proceed and hadn't taken the money those people responsible would have been fired/arrested.
