..and the sound? :D

But yeah, I was joking--it does look hilarious, though. BTW--do you have general issues with audio-to-image syncing with a lot of Prime content?

Sound is actually pretty good too. Again not to disc quality but far better than watching it on my TV and speakers on the main level. I haven't had any issues with audio-image sync in the home theater but I run it through my HTPC. I do have issues with my Samsung TV but I also have issues with Netflix and Hulu from time to time. And HBO Go just flat out won't work and my TV is old enough I can't get a patched version of that app. I think Samsung is weak on their app support but I don't have anything to compare it to. (At least I can cast to it for HBO Go)

Does the AT screen really let that much light bleed through? I can see the picture clearly on the wall behind the speakers. How does that affect the brightness, or does it cause any artifacts in the picture?

It does let light through but it doesn't seem to affect the brightness as I didn't need to increase the default brightness of the projector. The weave of the screen is more noticeable than a non-AT screen but the seats are far enough back you can't see it.

The only issue is that for white scenes (lots of snow or clouds) you can see the cross braces a little. The screen came with a black AT cloth to help with that but it can reduce sound transmission. It's rarely noticeable and I am too lazy to try it given the minimal effects

Hey now - they stream The Expanse in 4k. It may not be a UHD disc (of which I have several now) but it looks pretty damn good.

Streaming picture quality has come a long way. The sound quality is way behind though. Always sounds thin and weak.

agreed, I'm really impressed by the image these days (meaning: it's certainly way better than SD/480p, though not really consistent--let's be real), but the audio is stuck in the "Hi-Fi Stereo sound is the NEW WAVE!" era when it comes to streamed content.

It's that way for a depressing array of music too. Say what you want about EDM but they consistently use the full spectrum of sound - from the high pitched distorted female anime vocals to the deep reverbs of the wubs
