....at my workplace lobby. It is closing time right now, but I'm wondering if I should just spend the night at my desk or try to hoof it past him to the car park.

Cliffs:

Be me.
Be sleeping with this woman who has a violent alcoholic husband.
The office lobby called to tell me that someone is waiting to meet me outside.
Be fucked.

Have you considered assuming a stance of dominance?
This is right approach.

You're fucked no matter what.

You think if you make it out of this one he's suddenly going to forget who you are and stop looking for you?

Approach him, ask who he's waiting for, say he got the wrong guy and that he's still inside.

Are you in a state that has loose gun laws?
Sneak out the back.

Strict gun laws?
Stance of dominance like boss

Wait is this a choose your own adventure??

#use woman as human hostage shield and walk to car. Open car door and distract angry drunk husband with half bottle of whiskey.
#drive away fast

wait, shouldn't the husband be locked up if he's violent (so I assume domestic abuse)?

also, why hasn't she gotten a divorce?

No guns in my country.

I guess if the push comes to shove, I can really beat him into a pulp. Will teach him a lesson too about being violent towards his wife. But I'm going to avoid it as much as possible.

BTW, still at my desk and trying my best to look busy as the last of my coworkers leave.

Right topic but wrong forum for that type of question.
This is a catch a catch a beating thread.

Go outside and take responsibility for your actions.
But first have someone livestream and put link here.

On a serious note: Screwing his wife AND beating him publicly is pretty messed up.
