I doubt it. He openly dislikes American cars and owns several European cars. I imagine he'll be too busy going after GM and Ford to pick on the Brits.
 
Clarkson actually endorsed the Hummer H3 of all things on the show and kind of tongue-in-cheek suggested that his wife should get one.
 
Can anyone watch the new season here in the US? If so what do you have as your cable provider? I have BBC America and it is still playing season 10 here?

I loved the episode and laughed out loud through most of it. That being said, I have a bit of concern that the police car challenge was in some ways the most blatantly silly/fake they've ever done. I'm sure most or all of their challenges may be manipulated and/or edited to look more plausible, but this was the first time a challenge seemingly didn't even purport to be real. I hope this is not a sign of things to come.

This commentary is the exact reason an American Top Gear show will never succeed.

No, I've seen every episode since they re-launched the show several years ago. I am talking specifically about the buy-a-car-and-compete-with-it events. This is the first one I've seen where they didn't even seem to be pretending to make it a real contest.

I thought it was strangely cut ( weird considering the huge amount of camera/editing work they put into the show ). I thought I saw Hammond's Suzuki have the spike strip rolled up, deployed, and rolled up again.

 
I must admit, of all the TG season openers I've seen, I think this one was my least favorite. I actually found myself skipping parts. 🙁
