How many people can actually stand to watch this? It's excruciating.

Not that I imagine the rah-rah stuff during the Democrats' convention will be much better.

I'm sure the DNC convention will also stink. Remains to be seen which camp has more boners.

One comment I read said that the first night of the Republican convention was such a disaster that ISIS took credit for it.

This cluster can not be unfucked.

yea, these are just rah-rah parties for their own kind. very inclusive shindigs, but they've always been that, at least as far back as I can remember. Occasionally there's a stirring speech or memorable moment, but mostly they fade into obscurity.

Day 2 and still can't figure out what Trump wants to do. I hope they'll talk about more than Benghazi and an email server.

Well, he wants to win, I think. No substance though. So might as well attack.

Tiffany actually did well. Christie was on a sugar high or something.

We'll get to the wall that will never be built, the Mexicans that will never be deported, the jobs that won't be coming back & the tariffs that will never be raised before it's over, I'm sure.

Did I mention the agreement with Iran that won't be renounced?

Is Wayne LaPierre scheduled to speak? That'd just be grand.

I wonder what independents think of Christie's speech. With all going on in the world, looked a little crazy people yelling guilty and lock her up.

It's a lynch mob thing. You have to be part of it to understand it.

Where is the rioting and violence by liberals we were told was going to happen? Or was the dastardly plan foiled by the publicity like the "stand down" orders to the Cleveland PD?

I feel like the song choice was just Trump's way of bragging and he doesn't care that the surviving members of Queen don't care for him.

Alright not related but funny. Some MSNBC folks have been awake too long they were joking about something silly and someone asked Rachael Maddow "would you say that with a straight face" she replied "I haven't been straight since 16"
