I do understand and appreciate your situation. It was the 2x512 kit that I'd purchased. I went through the OCZ forums trying to clue myself into what was happening. I didn't actually ship the modules out until 2PM CST, and I did check for responses right before I did so. Bottom line is that the chips weren't going to work on my system irrespective of whether they were bad or conflict. I just couldn't find any negative reviews about the combo before or after purchase and, given this is my first RMA I do expect RAM I purchase to work (I do pay a little more for better modules when I purchase and I do research them to make sure things should work). None of this is probably indicative of your company; I've read lots of very positive things about OCZ which is why I was waiting for a price point on your modules, but you understand it's personal experience that ultimately drives decision. It doesn't rule out a purchase in the future, considering the overwhelming evidence on the net as a whole to how good a company that you are, just not on my current system.
