Good job by the D as well to force a quick 3 and out and get the ball back. Really Dallas defensive DB's had excellent position on the last drive, Brady was just throwing darts out there, almost impossible to defend..

I want to know where the real Brady was all night.

They ran it a lot plus he made a bad decision on the pick before the final drive, should have just tossed that one away. Gronk also fumbled in the red zone and Branch dropped a perfectly thrown ball at the 2 yd. line. Have to give the Dallas D some credit, they had good coverage most of the day and got good pressure and a few sacks on Brady as well..

Cutler look different when he has time to throw the ball, lol.

and lol--sacked twice as many times in Chicago as he was in Denver? wtf

I had my doubts after the blowout against Arizona, but it looks like the Vikings are still in the running for Suck For Luck. I can't remember seeing any team play this badly, ever.

Rodgers is a machine this year. I think he is the best QB in the league at this moment. And he gets the ball to so many people you can't defend it.
Rodgers is great but he's got so many weapons to work with in the skill positions. Arguably 4 WRs that could each start on many teams (Jennings All-Pro caliber) and though it's early, Jermichael Finley keeps getting major hype as an uncoverable receiver at TE. They essentially have two starters at RB as well. Probably the most potent offense since the St. Louis Rams a decade ago.

Can't argue with that, he has a ton of weapons. But he also doesn't make mistakes. He doesn't beat himself like Romo or like Favre before him.

they're not going to draft luck, since they drafted Christian Ponders last draft. I think suck for luck is either the fins or the colts.

the Christian Ponders era begin now.

so, is ponder actually evading all of these rushes, or is the O-Line suddenly willing to protect their QB now?

I can't tell.

He looks faster then Mcnabb. O-Line MIGHT have picked up their play, but also don't forget the Bears didn't gameplan for Ponder. They might be a bit more conservative against him.

It looks like he's been sneaking through some heavy pressure, but also looks like he's getting a lot more help on blocking than McNabb got.

But yeah, he's clearly faster than McNabb.

...and that shove that Peppers put on McNabb to bring him down earlier. That would not have happened 5 years ago, hehe.

Yeah no kidding about the shove. I was pretty critical of the eagles for letting McNabb go when they did, thinking he was still a damn good QB. Looks like they jumped ship at the right time as they saw his age catching up with him. I suppose that is why I am merely a cop and not working in an NFL front office making hundreds of thousands.
