This is either sarcastic and brilliant or serious and...something. But the fact that I can't tell should tell you something.http://www.thepigskinreport.com/201...ey-predicts-qb-tim-tebow-will-be-unstoppable/
http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2011/11/18/there-is-no-tebowmania-without-von-miller/
Tebow is inspiring the entire team as well as taking media pressure off them. Miller is a rookie, after all, and the kind of attention he'd normally be getting is often stressful for a youngster. When people make big plays, they're crediting the team...it's hard to get too big a head with Tebow around.
Tebow also doesn't deflate the team with stupid turnovers...coupled with his big play ability, he makes them feel like every yard they gain or save is worth the effort, since it actually brings them closer to a win (don't underestimate how powerful that is). Not throwing interceptions >>>>>>>>> good completion percentage but with turnovers. He shouldn't get anywhere near all the credit, but (as should not be surprising for a QB) he's a significant part of why this team is playing to its potential, playing as a team. It sure wasn't happening without him.
To the Broncos, Tebow is a leader, a catalyst, a rock to rally around, a Midas. They know that they are MUCH better with him than they were without him. Winning ugly >>>>>>>> losing pretty. Of course they need to be able to beat strong teams in order to be considered one of the best teams, but that's the thing...without Tebow, we wouldn't even be having that conversation. In only six games, Tebow and his effect on others have helped transform the armpit of the NFL into a playoff contender. That's huge.
How long can it last? How far can it go? Who knows. There's never been a Tebow in this NFL. As many others do, I suppose it will come down to injuries and getting whipped by the likes of the Patriots. But even if they lose the rest of their games this season and he's out of the league next year, he has already greatly exceeded expectations and outperformed his (veteran, expensive) alternative at QB. That's a win in my book.
