The Cincy CB just watched and did nothing, while the safety after getting stiff-armed, thought he was going out of bounds and stopped trying. Losers.

It was a tough tackle to make after the stiff arm, as Foster basically took the advantage of position and dude would have to try and make the tackle over his own shoulders.

Foster effectively turned him into another blocker. awesome.

that penalty on the tackle for unnecessary roughness was an absolutely terrible call.

EFFIN TERRIBLE!

Had the receiver taken the requisite steps? No.
Was the hit directly to the receiver's head? Yes.

The end.

Wasn't a hit to the head, not convinced it was to the neck either for the penalty call to be legit.
