I'm going to link to this post in the OP. I keep wanting to take a look at it but it's tough to find.
A couple things about that post.
1. Most of the information is also available here:
http://novanleon.fileave.com/MW2%20Weapon Chart.gif Far as I can tell, the only thing lacking is reload speed and firing rate, but the damages, multipliers, magazine sizes, and available attachments are shown.
2. According to the above, the M93 Raffica does 40 damage at short range and 30 at long range, not 40-20 as my post said. I'm not sure which is right. It'd be easy to test yourself, though. You'd have to go into a multiplayer game with an M93 and Stopping Power and shoot another player at "long" range, hitting them with all three shots from a burst. If they die, it's 40-30 (30 x 3 x 1.4 is more than 100). If not, it's 40-20 (20 x 3 x 1.4 is less than 100). Having a silencer might make it easier since the "long" range will come sooner.
3. Also according to the chart I linked, the Desert Eagle does 50-40 damage rather than 50-30 as I listed in my post. Again, don't know which is right. For that one you'd have to hit someone with two shots with stopping power at long range.
I'm not sure those small differences are really that important. I mean, how often are you shooting someone with a Desert Eagle or M93 Raffica at long range? You could test them if you want but I'm not sure it really matters.
You know what else... dual 1887s are so powerful in this game I'm actually thinking about going prestige after all just so I don't abuse them royally once I hit level 67. They overpower everything that isn't really long range. Akimbo of anything that isn't also dual 1887s is outclassed. Tac knife + commando gets outclassed as well. If the range was more in line with what the Ranger has, it'd be more balanced.
