I haven't been on since Monday... been doing other stuff. Has the Javelin glitch really gotten that much more widespread in the last four days? Because I've never encountered it.

I typically only play TDM and I saw it several times yesterday. There was an entire team doing it and two guys on our team (one tought the other) doing it. So ridiculous.

I haven't played in like a week and I've seen it maybe only once. Is it really that widespread? I only play 3rd person tactical anymore anyway. 4v4 is where it's at.

I've noticed it in about one of every 50 TDM games, although it seems a lot more prevalent in domination or headquarters. It's ridiculous when it happens, but you just have to leave the game and find another.

I don't know how good of a map they can make out of the the fast food plaza, as it stands its either wide open or too cluttered indoors. But they can almost certainly do something good with the arcadia suburbs.

I still dig the MW2 maps, but a MW1 Classic map pack would be awesome. If the community requests it enough, I'm sure they'll do it - all they have to do is touch up the maps.

This could be one of the situations where an internet petition could actually have meaning, because it would be about what they community wants and is willing to pay for, not about entitlement.

Terminal is easily the best map. I used to dislike Rundown. But I actually think it's a pretty good map now.

I'd pay 5 or 10 for it. Alot of those maps were better.

So I've been playing a little each day, and never seen the Javelin glich

Until yesterday.

Complete bullshit. First two deaths in the game were the same guy, same glich. I reported him right away, and then left the game. Found another group of people playing who were all very cool and had a great time.

The quality of the individuals in the game makes such a huge difference. I think my new strategy will be try a game and if the people do stuff like this just leave rather than put up with it so i dont get the "left the game" complaints.

i always try to be a good sport, but i realize that sticking around with them just makes the issue worse and leaving is better than letting them get away with it.

You won't get negative feedback for leaving games in Call of Duty. Most people probably won't even notice you left, because you'll be replaced with another player pretty quickly. You'd get negative feedback for leaving in a game like Halo where the teams don't change after the game starts, and you're really supposed to stick around the whole time.

Yeah so last night I played against someone who hid inside a rock in Afghan for the entire round... he could shoot us but we couldn't shoot him.

Oh and domination is basically a joke now with the javelin glitch

I had a guy do that rock thing to me as well! I kept watching the killcam trying to figure out where he was and could never figure it out. Such a bad glitch. And yea the Javelin glitch does kinda make domination a pain in the ass.

i played last night for the first time in a week or so, and didnt play 1 TDM match, strictly domination, and had a lot more fun.

i think TDM is now retired from my list to actually play. people don't sit around and camp in domination and you always have to be on the move or the lookout, making it a lot more fun in my eyes.

i saw like 5 or 6 people doing the javelin glitch last night and reported them all.

Generally I just play Ground War games. Even when it is on team deathmatch mode with all the extra people it makes it much harder to camp just because of the amount of people moving around shooting everything.

I hadn't seen the glitch myself until yesterday, but I'd say I saw it in roughly half the games I played (probably around 10 - 15 matches). It REALLY sucks in Hardcore... nothing like being taken out by a teammate who's glitching.

Fuckers.

Only thing worse than that is my teammate who called in an Emergency Airdrop on Skidrow and 2 of his packages landed on the roof. The two that fell on the ground were Ammo and a Counter-UAV. The two on the roof were a Pave Low and an AC-130.

There is another glitch in Derail in one the snowbanks near the stream. Pissed me off like nothing else. I did figure out he can take damage so I killed him every time he found his way in there. I still gave him an earful, so he turned off his xbox or signed off before the next match.

Yesterday was the first day I saw the javelin glitch also.

I would say 3/4 of the games there was at least one person doing it. I reported every single one of them too.

you should try FFA.

My very first AC-130 dropped right into the water on sub-base. I was so pissed... lol

I play FFA 99% of the time and stopped playing days ago once jackasses started using the javelin glitch.

Think I'll finish spec ops and trade it in.

Not true on the PS3. Games will remain unbalanced if someone leaves for me, and I doubt it's connection or lack of players since I'm close to a decent sized city.
