having them pinned is one thing, when its an open game with the caps split its another thing

its just 'poor sportsmanship'

had it on ezcoy, the 2 guys in the cobra were being douches and hiding behind the RU cap and shooting stuff as it spawned

c4ing assest in bf2 != camping like that

I understand its a valid tactic, but that just becuase its a valid tactic doesnt mean its not ruining the game

like those morons in TDM that prone in a corner and shoot people as they go by never moving

i swear to christ the knife bugs out 50% of the time and you just end up standing there with your dick in your hand not doing anything

If you plan on purchasing all the upcoming DLCs then yes it is worth it. But if you're not one to care about aesthetic changes then no it isn't worth it.

The the only beneficial benefit from Premium I've noticed so far is the fact that you can jump in front of non-Premium users while in a queue for a server. Aside from that it's just some weapon camos and a few extra Dog Tags.

What the point of that when everyone else is almost Premium ? At least on the Close Quarters maps.

Does that work on all servers because some I see a P by their name which must mean Premium. Are those special servers?

Yeah... there were times that I could've knifed 2 full squads... but the glitches prolongs everything and you get shot up.... now I just start shooting everyone if I get a glitch out on my first attempted knifing victim...:colbert:
 
Cinema Blend - Battlefield 4 Beta Outed?

It looks like DICE is already working on a proper sequel to Battlefield 3. The Origin listing for Medal of Honor: Warfighter mentions Battlefield 4 in passing.

The listing mentioned that pre-ordering Warfighter will get you exclusive access to the beta test for Battlefield 4. There was no mention of the timing of the beta. EA has since edited Origin to remove the reference to BF4. They probably swore a lot while doing it.

"BF4? Maybe one day. Remember, if it’s not on http://Battlefield.com it’s not official," said the official BF Twitter.

A new Battlefield in 2013 doesn't seem unrealistic. EA has stated on numerous occasions their intention to unseat Call of Duty in the shooter market. In order to do that, they'd need to release a new shooter every fall like COD. I guess they're looking to turn Medal of Honor and Battlefield into a tag team.

The idea of more frequent Battlefield sequels might not be pleasant to some series fans. COD's annual schedule has arguably led to some same-y sequels with little to no upgrades. However, EA knows BF is one of their hottest properties so they're naturally going to try to maximize their profits from it, for better or worse.

Battlefield 4 would kinda piss me off right now. BF3/Battlelog is such a great platform for DLC right now they should just focus on keeping BF3 updated and bursting with new content until a time when COD becomes relevant again. Activision Guitar Heroed the crap out of COD and at some point people will stop buying the game because of it. EA needs to not make the same mistake.

One player camping vehicles with C4 in spawn is not base raping, it is effectively reducing the enemy's ability to fight back and a completely (and awesome tactic). I think tactics like this are hilarious and ad to the fun of the game. It's like playing a spy in TF2 on payload maps and jacking people as they leave spawn, you end up distracting 4 or 5 enemy players who change to pyro and try to track you down, reducing their ability to push the cart and helping your team win the map.

Base raping is when all flags are capped and the majority of the winning team is pounding on people as they spawn, with little chance to fight back (and yes it kills servers, so auto balance should be in effect on map change when it happens).
