The funny part is the 99% that complain about hit-detection just suck, and 99% of that last 1% don't understand how client-side hit detection works.

There was a video i saw of this possible hack/glitch on youtube where this one guy followed this one enemy. He would find him and let off clips at a time and the enemy would kill him.

His health would always register 100% but i think it was more of a lag issue cause his ratio was shown and it wasn't that good.

Bad ping would give off bad hit detection too...if i pinged over 200ms and i hit someone with a 40mm in BC2 more then likely it won't register.

Last night in a map in BC2 i found this enemy firing out a window i'm about 5 feet away he is hugging the window i fire a rpg....it blast's the window and him,i get a suicide statistic and i see the guy walking out of the destruction i was one of the few pinging under 100 on that server .

there is a bug where sometimes when people die/revive or respawn they are invincible because they are actually back at their corpse, glitched out

if you see a twitching corpse on the kill cam you just gotta go find it to kill them

No, they're definitely more complicated than BC2, heli's have a lot more weight/physics to them (as opposed to BC2) and are glass cannons. Add in the damage mechanics (engine damage, engine fires), and I would definitely say they're closer to BF2 than BC2.

And, while I definitely chopper whored in BC2, my preference is definitely, definitely BF2. <3 Littlebirds, BH, Cobras 🙂

They are definitely not closer to BF2. They may have more weight and physics but they are still boats and completely lack any agility or precision. It's bad enough that there is no doing rolls or loops or other fancy aerial maneuvers, but you can't even do something simple like a hard bank.

Gonna have to disagree, they're definitely closer to the BF2 than BC2 spectrum; not as agile, no, but they still handle much more in line with realism than the arcade controls of BC2.

I was wondering about that - had that happen to me. I ran around for about a minute in the middle of an enemy swarm and didn't die even though my health was at 0%. I couldn't fire any weapons though. It ended when I tried to arm an MCOM station (Not that I tried to take advantage of my invincibility or anything :sneaky🙂

Really enjoying the UMP with suppressor and a reflex scope. This gun is so overpowered, i have to fuck up pretty bad to lose most firefights.

wow, he really came out swinging in that video. the way people were dying when he shot them with guns was not like my experience in the game.

LOL "he's probably a viking too. you can tell by the way he runs"

Because you don't have a scope on your knife? And you can, if practiced as a soldier would, reload without unscoping.

Except you can't reload while scoped.

What I'm saying is if you hit quick knife it'll unscope for you and knife. But if you try to reload while scoped it'll just sit there until you unscope. It would be nice if you could reload while scoped or if it unscoped and reloaded.

What’s best, you’ll be able to use the weapons in both Back To Karkand and on regular Battlefield 3 maps.
