Odds of Biden stepping down

Harris is a star in your mind only. She was a dud in 2020 and has multiple weaknesses that will get exploited.
LOL, like that matters, conservative media would run a train on Jesus Hubert Christ if he were running on a D ticket.
You don’t have to convince me that the alternative is worse. In fact that’s the only reason that Biden still has any path whatsoever to victory.

I just happen to also think that a fresh candidate would inject some life into this dead lifeless race against two bad candidates that nobody wants and increase the D’s chances.
I'd guess at least 30 million people very much do still want Trump, and quite possibly more.

If this is correct, which it sounds correct, nancy better put her hilary clinton pantsuit on and start showing some fucking real courage

Blue color workers love Trump, it's insane but true.
Right, it's a delusion. And to counter the idea that it's just a simple "messaging" problem, Dems have always explained that they're fighting for the middle class but the delusion persists regardless. Not that normies care about macroeconomics, but how much more evidence does anyone need that trickle-down Reaganomics is a complete fraud?

On an unrelated note, it's like what do you do with the 15% of people who blame Joe Biden for the Dobbs decision? You can't do anything about sheer insanity.

Think i might go to 10%.

So the unrest have settled which means one of three things I guess.

1. They decided to pull rank and consolidate behind Biden.

2. They agreed on replacement and a plan is in motion.

3. They have concluded they cant win this one and Biden is gonna take the hit, try again 2028 (lol)

I think its 1 I am afraid its 3

I'm very curious how my blue-collar colleagues are reacting to the fact that my company is the recipient of a large investment on account of Biden Administration policies.

If there was an actual strong candidate, this endorsement would have been a shoe-in. Also, the amount of times I've been called a bot/bot farm or Bernie Bros by Bidenists on social media, because I'm honest about his candidacy and urge a Harris/X ticket. Too funny.

The head of the Teamsters was also going to speak at the RNC. Something tells me that a union leader who wants to prostrate himself in front a group that hates unions might as well join the Leopards Eating People's Faces Party.

I saw that last week and I'm curious as to what he has to say. That guy always seemed to have real stones - is he gonna be honest with them? It's low odds but I can't figure out his motivation right now because he has been a true fighter for the unions.

IDK... Maybe he just has working white guy grievances, hence his desire to speak at the RNC. I can't imagine a single speech altering the course of a 40+ year crusade by Republicans against unions, and if I was a union head, I wouldn't be giving the anti-union party a photo-op.

Maybe as head of the Teamsters, he's pro organized crime, so he feels a natural affinity to the current Republican head of the ticket.

Arizona is a HUGE beneficiary of the BIL and CHIPS Act. Lots of high-paying jobs, some of which don't require university degrees.

Joe Biden is also about 5 points down in Arizona right now.

You do not want teamsters in the pocket of a dictator. That's a really bad recipe.

Yes, I don't want anyone in the pocket of a wannabe dictator. Just trying to speculate as to why any union would be interested in speaking at the Republican convention.
Well, if they were either a) convinced Trump is going to win or b) convinced their support will be enough to secure him the win, there would be motivation. B) would be particularly heinous but people are shortsighted in general.

Why do you bother to keep posting your endless downer shit.
Because it is pretty much true???? I dont think Harris has a chance, and at this late date, I dont see anyone else that has a chance to beat Trump. She may be coming up in the polls, but most of them have her polling (amazingly) worse than Biden. She did terrible in the 2020 primaries, had a chance to redeem herself as VP but accomplished basically nothing. The Dems are in a world of trouble in the presidential race. About the best they can hope for is that they can control at least one chamber of congress to counteract what the crazy Reps are going to try to push through.
