Premium costs are rising because of it. Overall healthcare costs are rising because of it. That's the biggest failure and detriment, the very thing is was touted as trying to "fix" is going the exact opposite direction.

Do you not read the news? There have been countless articles detailing why premiums are rising in DIRECT relation to this new law. Specifically the 26 year old "child" provision. Common sense says if you add more people to a family plan as a whole the premiums MUST go up.
