Post your thoughts and benchmarks in this thread once you receive your card(s).

I ordered mine today with overnight shipping so I'll post my thoughts tomorrow evening.

Any users selling used GTX 1080s! I'm here to help! By offering you very little for one 😉

I'm jelly. Was going to pull the trigger, but something came up and decided to play the wait game (people think PC's are expensive, woof these car repairs!)

EDIT: NVM seems the EVGA Hybrid finally got listed, and the price isn't what I expected. Sooooo...

Mine will also be here tomorrow, but I have to work all day so I won't really be able to mess with it until maybe Friday.

Took a bit of a gamble, ordered myself another 980ti hybrid cooler hoping that it will be compatible like the 1080 was.

Ordered my pair at 9:04am per order page email (received NVidia final order confirmation at 11:59am), now awaiting shipping. 2-day.

Have two 1080 FE's in my machine right now to hold me over during the 2 day shipping.

If they ship tonight.... they should, right? 😱

So all you with the 1080 sli's...seems like quite a few..(jesus)...are you selling them to make room for the new titan x? making profits I hope? You guys are doing it right!

I think only people on the East Coast or Midwest got their orders shipped today. Quite a few West Coast people (me included) ordered as soon as they came into stock in the morning and our orders seem to be still processing.

I'm west coast, and ordered it in the morning; it shipped at 10am Central

I'm in Ohio, ordered at 9:04am (received payment email at that), received nvidia Confirmation email that it was preparing for shipment at 11:59am, never received a shpiping notification. It's now 9.30am on 7/3.

Guess there was some stock issues. Checked my payment method, funds were deducted, no issue with transaction.

Hmmm.

I never received any confirmation emails, but mine shipped. Check the order status on their site and see if there's a tracking number attached to it

Ended up calling Nvidia support... it's still awaiting shipment, but they said should ship within 24 hours. There was some stock confusion apparently that's been resolved.

So I am moving to dual Titan xs in SLI. I have two mint condition FTW EVGA for sale. I am looking to get retail price and I will cover shipping.

My Heat is under Darkstar757

As usual digital river is a train wreck that doesnt fulfill orders in the order they are received not to mention their overseas call center doesnt know a thing and keeps transferring you back to the menu queue claiming they dont handle customer service for nvidia orders lmao. I remember this from previous Titan launches. Paid next day shipping on the original Titan Xand it took 3 days to get it out the door. Alot of people who ordered yesterday at 8 ama are still in processing status whereas people who ordered today already have their cards shipped. Anyway its no surprise with this cash grab by nvidia that they skipped professional distributors and went with the lowest common denominator.

Which one of us gets to be the guinea pig first ?

In all honesty I don't think I'll try until someone else has. I would have to put the Titan X pascal cooler on the Titan X maxwell to sell it.

I'm wondering if there is a market for a Maxwell Titan X with a cooler installed. I would just sell it that way and buy a new 980ti hybrid cooler. Tonight I just want to play with it and I have to travel tomorrow so I won't be able to mod for a week or two.

Are these the same buffoons who botched the Vive preorders?

Every product ever released for sale by a for-profit entity is a "cash grab."
