Normal for a family of 3 to go thru about 40L of coke every 3 days?

if I drink 60 oz (excluding whatever i drink at lunch) over the course of a workday i still have to pee more than once every hour

i dont see how anyone can be that thirsty

I changed my post because I was too hard on him. But he could have simplied it a little more. The conversion to oz was unnecessary and confusing, and really had no place in the math. If he left it all metric it would be better.

Here's a little experiment you can try... get a tooth and let it sit in coke for a week, then see what's left of it.

80/3 = roughtly 26L per person

26L/7 days = 3.8 L a day per person....????

why would you question if this is normal?

your spending $350 a month on soda at least. thats nuts

not mention unhealthy. your organs must be crying with all the chemicals they have to flush out of your bodies on a daily basis.

1360/20oz. in a bottle = 68bottles

68/3 people/3 days = 7.5

No it's not. I did those all in my head and I just checked them all with a calculator.

I'm talking about 20oz bottles because I'm more familiar with them since they are sold out of the vending machines at my school.

And I'm still in school right now. I'm taking a high school C++ class right now for summer.

edit: I see you edited. Your 2.2 bottles are the 2L. Like I said, I'm talking about 20oz "personal size" bottles.

Yeah, I guess you're right about keeping consistent about 2L bottles. To me, the son of a "health freak" for a mother, I can't comprehend people drinking a 2L bottle all by themselves. That's why I changed it to 20oz.

I can't get over someone drinking 1.25 gallons (or 2.3 2L bottles, or 7.5 20oz bottles) of any kind of coke per day. I can drink 1.25 gallons of water easily, but I'd be sick as a dog if I drank nearly 4 gallons of coke over a 3-day span.
