No actually it is a great thing. People tend to forget if they are fully remote and literally never go to the office for onsite training or meetings or whatever the potential candidate pool expanded greatly.
Right, because young qualified candidates that get paid will choose to live in Mississippi over LA, SF, or NY.
Maybe in 10 years this may be the case if things stay heavily remote, but right now the talent pool isn't there.
