It's been talked about a lot and debunked, but you really don't want to take anything that reduces your fever unless it's dangerously high. Fever activates the immune system and studies have shown that you lengthen the term of the illness when you needlessly knock down your fever. Tylenol/paracetamol is particularly good at lowering fever so avoid those if you have to take something.
I rarely get sick, i am built like a tank when it comes to my immune system. For back pain/hypomania/insomnia/anxiety its always good to have indica over anything extremely artificial. I am overly sensitive to medication and have dealt with some of the worst side effects medication can offer and for a time i popped pain pills like skittles for various pains. So glad i am done with that. I could get a prescription right now if i wish for hydros and well i rather stick to indica.
I can't recommend this stuff enough, its a cure all it really is and you can have some real fun without any of the harmful side effects as well.
