I think it has s-video/composite out. I've seen s-video out on a Mac and it looks so much better than my PC.

It's DVI only, but you can get this guy for $20 so it's all good.

S-video and composite video output to connect directly to a TV or projector (requires Apple DVI to Video Adapter, sold separately)

wahh...i want one too. now the choice is between this and a SFF shuttle/biostar. for $500 its hard to choose. i can get a high end shuttle for that much.

this new mac mini is very reminiscent of the old G4 cube (i think introduced in 2000), which has been continued for awhile. from what i remember, there were various problems w/ it such as heat issues.

as for the new ipod shuffle. its got no lcd. having one would def. increase the cost. the shuffle is a completely new line to attract a different type of user/audience. my 3g ipod fits the bill just fine for now (except that its been at full capacity for months now)

From my (i'm at work) limited searches I think they charge a bundle for it and I never found anything that explicitly said it allowed a PC to control a Mac. Any idea?

Maybe, but for the reverse (Mac control the PC), there's a Remote Desktop client for the Mac.

Wow, looks like it will be great for upgrading. I bet it will be great for gaming too and have tons of cool programs. Maybe this won't be overpriced and people who are noobs who only know about the ipod won't get it just cause they saw it in the movies and celebrities use them.

Oh wait, its a mac :thumbsdown:

Nothing really proprietary or magical about shrinking the mainboard and putting it in a small box. If you really want to be pedantic, the G4 Cube produced from 2000-2001 outdates most realistic SFF implementations.
